I've been to several eye doctors in the 12 years I've lived here and Dr. Yannelli and her staff are the best, by far. They have a variety of hours so getting an appointment was easy. Dr. Yannelli is extremely professional, smart and friendly. Her staff are also very pleasant and the office itself is cute with a good selection of eyeglass frames. They are very honest. No one tried to pressure me into pricey frames and they gladly offered to give me my written prescription in case I wanted to shop elsewhere for frames or contact lenses (I bought both through them but just the fact they willingly offered the prescription showed their honesty). My two kids and I had routine eye exams and we ordered new frames and lenses and two of us ordered contact lenses. Everything went great and we got exactly what we wanted. During another visit, Dr. Yannelli took care of my eye infection and everything turned out great. We are getting ready to return since my youngest wants contacts and I have no doubt they'll get him the right lenses for a fair price. I can't say enough good things about this practice! read more

This is by far the best eye doctor I have ever been to! Dr. Yannelli runs an extremely professional, extremely friendly office. She worked hard, using the most up to date equipment, to find me the best fitting contact lenses (as anyone who has ever struggled through wearing ones that don't fit quite right can attest to). Her follow up is amazing as her and her staff checked in to be sure everything was ok. Her assistant, Stacey, is a lively, fun and vibrant professional to work with and she worked wonders on my new glasses. They are perfectly level and close enough around the ears without giving me a headache! I highly recommend Precision eye care. Dr. Yanelli is AMAZING!! We've lived in this area for 20+ years, and it's taken me that long to find an eye doctor that I love - and Dr. Yanelli has definitely been worth the wait. She has fitted me with gas-perm contact lenses better than anyone In the 35 years I've worn them. I would like to give no stars but unfortunately you ha e to give one. I had made an appointment to have an eye exam, it was rescheduled because the dr was at her other office. I could keep my appointment if I wanted to go to the other location, which I didn't if I wanted to go there I would have made my appointment there. I decided to go elsewhere for my exam because I didn't want to wait, I needed new glasses. I liked getting glasses because of Brenda. She was always very patient with me as I went back and forth with several that I liked but couldn't decide. With her patience and helped I settled on a pair that was perfect. She fitted them on me and as she was writing the paperwork up someone had come into the office and the girl at the front desk ignored that person because she was on her phone, texting or something else. After some time of being ignored and watching Brenda wanting to help the customer I told her to go ahead and help that person I wouldn't mind. She was very apologetic to me and to the new customer which she shouldn't have been it was the girl behind the desk who should have been apologizing to us. She simultaneously helped both of us and i became acquainted with a new friend after the appointment. I called to and asked to speak to Brenda because I had a couple questions to ask her about some things we had talked about and found out she was no longer there. The person that answered the phone told me what I thought was totally TOO MUCH INFORMATION about why she wasn't there, very very unprofessional. I was about to write almost the same review as posted on 8/16!! Dr. Lin was probably one of the most thorough and pleasant doctors that both my husband and I have ever been too. She is extremely skilled; we are both happy that we found her practice. She was recommended by our primary care physician. read more
