Based on my examination that was extremely thorough, professional and done with state of the art equipment, I consider my previous check ups for glasses a joke! He went above and beyond by even doing the cost comparison for me when I was considering two contact brands, the manufacturer's rebates, and their in-office promotions. I also love that this practice has the option to text their staff, I do find that to be easier than calling because their phone lines are often quite busy. When it was time to order my contacts I had the option to order through the site Dr. Contact Lens or through them directly to save an additional 15% off. I've been a happy customer here and would recommend it!

They did not return our phone calls, they do not answer their phone, they were unable to answer our questions when we did finally get a person on the phone, did not mail a doctor letter of medical necessity to our insurance company and did not inform us that our insurance was not covering the therapy. We ended up with months of unpaid bills that we didn't know we were responsible for. We are happy with the doctor but the billing and admin parts of the practice are a nightmare to deal with. We will not be going back to the practice and we have informed the neurologist that recommended the practice about our horrible experience.

Shameful Customer Service…read more The glasses I purchased from Bonds Eye Care in January 2024 fell apart in June 2025, while I was cleaning them. Unfortunately, the glasses only had a 1-year warranty. I contacted Bonds immediately and sent photos of the broken glasses to see whether they could be fixed. I was told the glasses could not be fixed, so I called to make an appointment to discuss replacement glasses. When I spoke with Jeff, he informed me that, beyond the loyalty discount given to existing customers for new glasses, the company would not provide any support. Having spent over $500 on these glasses, I was hoping Bonds would stand by their products and support their customers who have purchased defective glasses. This kind of poor service is what leads people back to the big box stores instead of supporting small businesses. Shameful.
