All of the staff made my consult, pre-op appt, and procedure so much easier because of how caring and thorough they were. Dr. Aronsky was my surgeon, and he was so down to earth and caring which definitely eased my anxiety. The other perk of Kremer was they did the pre-op and procedure, but all of my post-op appts are with my eye doc. Recommended?: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The patient mostly senior citizens and we don't move as fast as the 30 year olds nor do we like to be pushed along. Waiting for the doctors is like sitting in a cattle chute. A one hour wait id not unusual. It's almost offensive sometimes that they want to move you along as if you're not a person. In my opinion, some of the staff are like trained robots . Dr. Cohn did my cataract surgery and treats me for glaucoma. I am pleased with him, but always gives you a sense of time is running out . The faster they move the more money they were make. I will stay with Kremer because II like Dr. Cohn. The procedure and the staff during my cataract surgery was extremely friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable there.

Time went by and I went back to LASIK plus and they checked my eyes and vision. They were unable to perform lasik because of my cornea was too thin. So they performed PRK on me. Thinking this would work out for the long haul, I dealt with the horrific pain. A few years later, here I am and cannot see shit again. Wasted so much time and money. I've gone to my eye doctor and tried to get fitted for contacts. I was unable to due to my cornea being now flat from the two surgeries. I was never warned on this being a possibility. My eye doctor attempted to have me fitted for hybrid lenses (both hard and soft) still cannot wear them. It's impractical for me to wear glasses because of my job. So I guess I'll just keep driving blind. I'd think twice before getting lasik or prk

Would not trust her with my care. I have seen several doctors and assistants at Chester County Eye Care and have had good experiences. The front desk is great too.

Staff is very unfriendly. I had surgery, which was portrayed to me as simple, but was nothing but simple. I had every complication possible and these complications were poorly addressed. I kept being told to "put these drops in and it will be better tomorrow", which, of course never happened. Possible complications such as hemorrhaging and blurry vision (which both happened to me). were never discussed as possibilities pre-surgery. The anesthesia during surgery was inadequate and when I brought it up with the surgeon afterwards his response was that he "relies on the anesthesiologist." I guess nobody was paying attention when I told them during surgery that I could feel what they were doing and it hurt. Now I am being told I need a second surgery. I cannot, in good conscious, let these people touch my eye again. Horrible experience.

The woman had my insurance wrong and when I tried to tell her that I knew what my insurance benefit was and that it was not as good as she was saying she argued with me and told me she was right. After about 5 minutes of back and fourth and me asking her multiple time to check it again (because I didn't want to be billed more money later due to her mistake) she loudly sighed and checked it. And I was right. She didn't even apologize or acknowledge that she was wrong, just printed a new form out and told me exactly what I had told her my benefits were. Fast forward to me picking up my glasses, I try them on, get them fitted, and head home. I had contacts in but I've never had an issue with my prescription so I didn't even think to take them out to see. A few days later I went to put my glasses on and they didn't feel right. The prescription seemed off and my eyes felt weird, almost like when your glasses are cockeyed on your face and how it makes them feel uncomfortable. I made an appointment to go back and let me tell you, I have never felt so unheard as a patient and so disrespected. The doctor checked my prescription and the glasses and told me that I was wrong and that what I was saying didn't make any sense. She was extremely rude to me and we went back and fourth for a bit and I explained that I understood that it didn't make sense but that something definitely was not right. I asked if maybe my measurements could have been taken wrong at the glasses counter and she said maybe but that she was going to write me a new prescription, so she bumped my prescription up a little bit even though I said that I liked my current prescription. I went out to the glasses counter and asked the woman to measure me to make sure it was accurate and she told me that her measurement was correct and that there was no need. After some back and fourth and me having to start having an attitude she put the device on my face, lopsided, and pretended to check my eye measurements and said, yup, it's correct. I am so appalled. I went to pick my glasses back up after the "changes" and they still don't feel right. I've been wearing glasses for 12+ years so it's not like I don't know how my eyes should feel. I am so frustrated and mad for wasting my money at this place. I will be calling to see if I can receive a refund on my glasses and that will be the last time I ever contact this office again and I will make sure that everyone that I know in West Chester steers clear of this place.

What really stood out was my initial call--I was able to speak directly with Dr. Corsini for over 30 minutes. I also had a real fear of anything involving my eyes, worrying about the risk to my vision. But as my night driving became more difficult, it felt like now or never--and I'm so glad I gave myself this gift. Now, my vision is almost perfect, and night driving is clear and comfortable again. Just another example of providers increasing clientele and there's limited quality patient care. I couldn't even ordered Rx eyeglasses the same day bc the salesperson wasn't there. Was not impressed with glasses selections. I didn't see any decent brands or styles. Very disappointed for a large eye care group. I gave an extra star bc I thought the female doctor was extremely nice. Front desk wasn't too welcoming though.

He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even though some of the machines were intimidating. My eyes were still in great condition, but I'll be back in a few years for a follow up.
