Do not believe the online menu for this location. We wanted soup, figured we'd check online (at this location) to see what they have says they have French onion and chicken and wild rice soup, I was in the process of ordering online for a pickup and then realized that the last time the same thing happened to my husband (online menu shows they have French onion) when he got there they didn't. So I called first call a lady picked up and she hung up on me. Tried calling 3 more times until the third attempt someone finally picked up. Asked what kind of soup they have today and she said they didn't have the soup I was looking for. So, my question is if at this location there's an online order for pickup what happens if I selected chicken and wild rice to find out they don't really have it, what's going to happen when I get there and there's none? Well I know what's going to happen but reality is if you don't have a certain product do not market that product on your online menu because it's deceiving makes it very frustrating for consumers like myself who likes to order ahead for a pickup. The drink machine had zero sugar free options and maybe half of the regular options available, but the employees couldn't be bothered to warn anyone when they order drinks. There are a lot of us who work today and are not able to take off at 5:00 pm so remember your customers and turn off your online orders. I placed my order through the Uber Eats app, and intended on picking it up while out running errands. I really should have just parked and went inside, because the drive-through took quite a long time. What's worse is one of my sandwiches was missing. This is why I always check the bag before I drive away! I got back in the drive-through line (my mistake again) and got someone else on the speaker to take my order. I informed her of something missing, and she asked me to pull ahead. She took back the whole bag, (which was unexpected as I thought that was possibly unsanitary), and promised me new fresh sandwiches. I waited a bit longer at the front of the store, still in my car, and she ran out with my bag and all my items. I appreciated her kindness and her swiftness in correcting the issue. I know the bag was not replaced entirely as the same pickle juice was leaking out the bottom, but I did have fresh & warm sandwiches. The thing arrived on my table like some beige monolith of sadness, steam leaking weakly out of its seams as if the calzone itself was sighing in resignation. It had heft, sure, the kind of unsettling weight you'd associate more with a cinder block than a meal. And I'll admit, at first, I thought: Alright, this could be something. I mean, bacon, chicken, ranch, all bundled into the ostensibly warm embrace of dough--it's a formula that has worked before. What I did not expect was for this calzone to embody a kind of culinary nihilism, where every bite whispered: Nothing matters. Least of all, flavor. To begin with, the bread was a problem. It was the kind of bread that feels like it's been purpose-built to hold the weight of an economy car, a dense and inexplicably soggy mattress of compressed starch. If there is a way for dough to taste simultaneously overworked and completely apathetic, this was it. It was bread in the most basic sense: a thing made of flour and water. But there was no joy in it, no spring, no crust, no char--none of those small miracles that bread can offer when made by someone who gives a damn. And the bread was everywhere. Like eating air that happened to have mass. By the time I was halfway through, I realized that I wasn't even full. That's the truly deranged part: this calzone, despite its sprawling size and stupefying density, managed to make me feel emptier as I ate. It was a kind of anti-food, a thing that mocks the basic mechanics of hunger and satisfaction. You chew, you swallow, you gain nothing. By the end, I sat there staring at the remains of the calzone, which looked exactly the same as it did when it first arrived--unchanged by time, untouched by heat, indifferent to digestion. I felt as though I had stumbled into a profoundly existential encounter with food. Like the calzone was challenging me to accept its mediocrity on some higher philosophical level: Perhaps you wanted too much. Perhaps this is all life ever was. And yet, I could not. Because life, despite its chaos and disappointments, occasionally delivers a decent sandwich or a bite of pizza that makes you believe in goodness again. This was not that. We are long time fans of Schlotzsky's but this was one of the best ones we've ever stopped at. The people working there were so friendly. It was very clean and the food was fantastic. It all tasted fresh and was well made. Only complaint was the soda machine needed a good cleaning as all the drinks tasted the same. read more

It took a minute to be waited on but the team member who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. Our food came out quickly. I was impressed- there were only two people working and the drive thru was slammed but they pulled through without seeming stressed. This was horrendous. I am an extremely picky eater, I ordered a Turkey Original. I wanted no vegetables. When I asked for that, the guy gave me the dirtiest look imaginable. I said, "I'm sorry I'm a picky eater." and he responded by looking at me with a disgusted face. It was tear inducing for a teenager. My friend was ordering behind me and he made a gesture with his hand which we're assuming was calling me dumb. Could be wrong. To be fair, food was good. We love Schlotzsky's. This location has only been open for a few weeks. We went through the drive-thru on this visit and they were reasonably quick. However, in general a Schlotzsky's drive-thru will take a little longer than your average fast food place. We ordered the original, can't go wrong with this sandwich. The sourdough bread is fantastic, it's soft and crunchy all at the same time. The sandwiches came out warm meaning they were made fresh to order. I'm sure this will become one of our go to places for a quick meal in Yukon. read more

This is the worst location! They can't get orders correct! The last three times in a row I've been to this location, when I have asked for certain items to NOT be put on my sandwich, they not only put them on it, but put Extra! So maddening! This is the worst Schlotzsky's. I called because for the third time they had failed to properly make my meal. When I called at first I spoke to a person who heard me out but then spoke to her manager while I was on hold. I could hear the exchange and Louisa (the manager?!?!?) at first was refusing to take my call until the first person said that I wanted to speak with a manager a couple times. Once Louisa was on the phone she said she wasn't going to replace the order and called me childish and that she said if I stepped into her store she would call the police. I had a friend here that is an officer and he stated that is ridiculous since I never raised my voice but was trying to convey to her the importance of the order being right since I am allergic to tomatoes. She continued to insult me and would not hear me out but instead spoke over me and then when I said I would call the corporate office then she said she would refund my money. Louisa should not be in management if she can not handle herself in a professional manner. Horrible horrible is all I can say. Corporate is still getting my call because insulting a customer over and over again should never be allowed. Hard to believe as a Veteran that I fought and was wounded in the line of duty to protect people like Louisa. Just absolutely the worst experience I have had with a manager. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I went to the Schlotzsky's drive thru in Yukon and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called from home and they told me they wouldn't do anything about it and never even apologized. They overcharged me the sandwich I ordered but didn't get. I asked for the manager and they hung up on me. Then I called back and asked who the manager was and the girl said I don't know. I asked to speak to them and the lady named Sherrie got on the phone and was very irate and said she wasn't going to do anything about it and lied and said the sandwich they charged me for was the same price , but it is not , $1 more. Very unimpressed with my $10 salad. I asked for no tomatoes but got them anyway. The avocados were black and the diced eggs seemed like they had been frozen at one point. They had a sponge texture.
