I've been visiting Pickleman's since not long after opening. I've enjoyed each meal, which was usually a half salad of some soup. On my salad, I would add chicken and extra ranch dressing. I didn't want to say anything but today was the 3rd time they forgot my chicken AND the extra ranch! The second time it happened, I called the store. The manager was super friendly and he said that they would re-make the salad. Today, I got all the way home when I found that my salad was missing both chicken and the ranch. Easily the most disgusting excuse for a sandwich I've ever had the displeasure of taking a single bite of and tossing in the trash. The outdoor trash mind you, because I didn't want this repulsive diaper load on a stale dinner roll stinking up my hotel room. You know when you're driving down I-40 in the summer and you catch a pungent whiff of two week old roadkill? It gave off that kind of odor. I can still hear people in the hallway complaining. Listen, the sandwich was fine it just wasn't anything special or remarkable. No flavor that struck me as "yum!" I had the turkey club. The bacon wasn't very noticeable. The turkey was bland. Even the mayo was lackluster. Again not like ewww, just not like Yummm!! The service in the drive thru was friendly. I have not been inside the building so I can't comment. Tried Pickleman's for the first time today and probably the last time. I was very underwhelmed. I ordered the Italian beef, which I believe is the number nine and I ordered it with the Jardinero peppers but without mozzarella cheese and I got it was hardly any Gardener of peppers and they added mozzarella cheese. I took it back up to the counter and explained I ordered no cheese in the guy who took the order looked at me and said you didn't want cheese. I told him no. He said OK we'll bring it out to you. He brought out my sandwich and I said thank you very much. I really appreciate it and he said yeah and walked away. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant, but this guy was disinterested and rude. I felt like telling him if you don't like your job, there's others out there. Tried Picklemans for the first time and was underwhelmed. We ordered a #7 and a #9 with both being smaller than other sub shops. The #9 was ordered with no mozzarella but added provolone, at an additional charge,that was then missing from the final sandwich. Seems like the 15% gratuity was wasted on this order. The service was cordial but not friendly. I did feel like I was interrupting the 5 employees behind the counter so they could get my pickup order even though there was no other customers or cars in the drive through. Not that I think the manager who was working on his laptop in the dining area would have noticed. Overall the food was ok but not enough to bring me back. Food was meh. Tried them twice to make sure 1st time wasn't just a bad day. I ordered turkey bacon avocado and my husband tried a different (not sure what kind) of sandwich. Each time we went both or our sandwiches had one slice of meat which is pretty pathetic for the cost. The meat also tasted like the .79 packs you get at the grocery store... the cheap nasty kind you wouldn't even feed your pet. The bread was really good though. We also asssumed with the name being Picklemans that pickles would actually come on the sandwich?! Went to the new Pickleman's in Yukon today for the first time. It was very good. I got the Cuban sandwich and found it tasty. My girlfriend got a salad and she couldn't eat it all it was so large. She commented several times how fresh it tasted. Overall a good value for the price of the meal. We will be back to try some of the other options! read more

Went for the first time today - Arrived right at 11 AM about 15 min from when they opened. Was really excited to try something new but quickly regretted my decision... The guy who took our order acted in a hurry, though we were the only ones there ... Not sure why he was in a hurry as if there was a line. Sandwich was barely the quality of a Subway sandwich, other than the bread, which was pretty good. Also... The food is very good! I only gave it 3 stars because the second time I went, they had the drive-thru order wrong. One of the sandwiches was made like it was on the menu instead of how I ordered it. Came in for lunch and was spoken to rudely by staff. The manager couldn't get up from his computer in the lobby to help his staff and ho had no clue how to do their job. The food was terrible and incorrect because they couldn't follow simple instructions. I will not be back and will let others know not to waste their money here. Recommend you wait until the new wears off and employees are better trained. Only one customer in line when we ordered but still waited 10 minutes for someone to put one ladle of tomato soup in a bowl. They need a better method for tracking soup orders other than yelling "8oz T" I watched them deliver several bowls of soup to people who ordered AFTER I did and even asked the cashier about my soup. Then they ran out of soup and I had to wait for that to be refilled! I finally asked again for my soup and only had to wait while he delivered one to drive through. soggy. Our hot wrapped sandwiches were soggy by the time I got to the table. Couldn't eat all of the 3" mini grilled cheese & my husband felt the same about his Cuban sandwich. No one likes soggy bread, especially when they advertise toasted sandwiches! Tomato soup was good but not worth the wait. This place would need to do a complete 180 to beat City Bites, perfect every single time. read more

Terribly disorganized. They ran out of tomato basil soup, had to wait 10 minutes. My Cuban sandwich ($11.50 with tax) was not good . Our total was over $30 for the Cuban, a 3" grilled cheese, a small soup and a bag of chips...no drinks. . The word "gourmet" in their name is a gross overstatement. . The preparation is identical to Subway deli and the quality is about the same. Save your money and go to McAllister's or Jersey Mike's. Well my wife and I figured we'd give a new place a try. We ordered a mini turkey with cheese broccoli soup (8oz) and a Chipotle Mac & cheese bowl (12oz) a bag of chips and two drinks. The first thing the bill was $30. The sandwich was a 3" sub when she unwrapped it all the guacamole and lettuce was smashed to the paper she had to scoop it up and put it back in the sandwich. The cheese broccoli soup tasted out of a can and no flavor she couldn't eat it. My chipotle Mac & Cheese was not worth the cost it look bad. So all in all I know they're new but we will probably not return. The food is way under whelming and way over priced. This was a fine in experience the place was clean and staff friendly. Update I went to the site I was told and provided the info over three weeks ago to be contacted as I was asked to do. CRICKETS. It is a standard reply from the company they really do want to make anything right. read more
