Guy on the slicer tonight had a horrible attitude - even the other guys were like you have a line of customers. He could've cared less. I ordered the chicken salad "sub in a tub" and you would've thought I asked him to make something disgusting by how he threw the small amount of food in the container. I mentioned I never ordered this before and what else came with it, he said that's it and tried to put the lid on a small handful of shredded lettuce and a knife blade of chicken salad. The other guys working tried to offer toppings etc but the tone with set with Mr Attitude. I will absolutely never go to this Jersey Mikes after the unprofessional attitude of one of the employees. I walked in (no one was in the store besides me so it was not like they were busy) and he instantly rolled his eyes at me. He asked me what I wanted and I said the chicken philly, before I could finish my sentence he walked away then came back up and asked what else I wanted on it becuse he only heard one thing (maybe don't walk away from someone mid sentence and you'd know), then proceeded to quickly make the sandwich and from my experiences it takes some time to thoroughly cook the chicken and he rushed it. He didn't ask what I wanted on it so I did not get any toppings and tossed it over. I was thinking maybe he's having a bad day.. Nope. He was very nice & smiley talking to his coworkers, he just decided he wanted to be extremely rude to me for no apparent reason. I have been to this location multiple times. Within the last month both times I have been there, (June 9th & June 22nd) there was hair baked into the bread or on the sandwich. I respectfully went to the counter and showed the employees that were working and they have made me a new sandwich. I would think by now they would make their employees wear hair nets or have a stricter policy with grooming procedures. Wow. I am seriously shaking my head at what I just experienced. I have been eating at Jersey Mike's all over the US for about 15 years! To know that the closest jerseys mikes to our new house is this dirty is truly sad. This is the dirtiest Jersey Mike's I have ever been in. Jersey Mike's is always clean, quick and quality. But I don't even want to eat the sandwich I just bought, which I went ahead and paid for because I was ready to leave the restaurant! Do not waste your time at this location. We waited in line for roughly 15 minutes while all 3 employees argued. The cashier looked at the customers directly in front of her and yelled "I do my job!"! The guy working the grill was audibly having a fight with himself while cooking. The crumb accumulation all over this store is awful. I noticed it several months ago and was so disgusted it took some time to pass before I would even try again. Today we are here close to opening. Yet tables are still crumby. Under the soda machine, disgusting. I'm expecting rodents to crawl out underneath the cooler at any moment. I love Jersey Mike's, a lot. This location however, has gone downhill rather quickly. The three stars is for the food alone. The sandwiches are always good. The place has been quite dirty the last several times we've been in. Most recently, there were 4 teenage boys working and blowing up rubber gloves into balloons while the tables and floor were covered in filth. The prices are also a little steep as others have mentioned. Splitting a giant sub does save a few bucks and I wouldn't mind the prices if the service was on par, but it's just not. read more

The service was lacking to say the least. They open at 11 on Sunday and couldn't make a meatball sub at 1:30. The customer service was like it was a kitchen ran by children that have never been in a kitchen before. They reheated the meatballs in the microwave 4 times before they started the process over again after 20mins on the second attempt I just got the chicken parm.
