The Original

If you're looking for a quick , easy, and delicious meal at a place owned by really friendly people, go here! Location, Decor, Ambiance: Brightly lit, clean, plenty of parking in the plaza. Food & Drink: I love their 'The original' and normally get the medium size as the large is more like a 2-person serving. I love that they toast the bread and the meat too. The bread is a sourdough and is always a perfect mix of crunch when you first bite into and moist. Service: I never have to wait when I come here (generally in the evenings). The staff are always really nice and super sweet! Price: Worth it for how big their sandwiches are!!

The sign on the door says they close at 9 and they have the open sign on, got there at 830 and they are completely closed down! Instead of lying to your customers just change your hours to 830 instead of 9. I would give this place zero stars if I could

My kids & I frequent this location a lot. The owner is so polite - such a breath of fresh air. The food is always fresh, the veggies crisp and bright, and the display is divine. One can't complain! Plus - the Cinnabons are always made fresh and never sitting out long. You may see one or two, but if you're dining in, they will gladly make a fresh batch for you to devour! The lobby is always clean, the restrooms are well-kept, and overall - the dining experience is superb. By far, this is our favorite Schlotzky's! Of course, it helps that it's a convenient drive too... ;-)

Schlotzsky's sandwiches are amazing! I love that they offer gluten free buns as well. They are at the top of my list for sandwich places.

From the friendliest staff ever, to the hottest food I've ever had at a Schlotzskys. This has been the best experience at a Schlotzskys ever. The food came out steaming hot and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be back!!!

I haven't had Schlotzsky's in a long time, but a friend of mine wanted to stop in for lunch. The food was alight, a little better than I expected, but nothing amazing. I wouldn't make this a go to place, but at least now I know that it's dependable if I'm in need for fast food that's pretty decent and fresh tasting.

Let me first start by saying I've been on a hunt for something other than cheese or veggie pizza…read more On account of switching to a healthier diet, every pizza I've ate had pork on it. When I came across Zalat and to my astonishment learned they have ALL BEEF pepperoni, I got super excited. Since trying Zalat, the amount of times i've eaten here since then is insane lol. No matter what size pizza you get, it's an even 8 slices -- now how big a slice is the kicker lol. Also, the Sirancha sauce is definitely a game changer. I waited until I tried the chicken and waffle mini pizza to right a "diverse" review lol. It too was pretty great for breakfast on the go. Not to mention the handwritten signs on each box. All in all, the pizza makers are all friendly and the establishment gives very homey vibes. I enjoy it every week when I come grab a slice lol

Bland, low quality crust, cheap canned tomato sauce (and barely any of it at that) and average mozzarella cheese at best. The only good thing is the all beef pepperoni. Pretty terrible pizza overall. Not worth the 1 mile walk. Do not recommend.

They have these old style booths which is not common for a mostly take out and delivery type place. I looked over the avg size menu and found the specialty pizzas which are mostly your regular pizzas at any pizza place. They're not named anything fancy either. I settled on the meat lovers, hand tossed, which came recommended. The man at the register said this was one of the most popular ones. It comes to my table 15 mins later and it's piping hot. There is no shortage of cheese thankfully....which is my biggest complaint with many pizza places these days. It's also not shy on the amount of toppings too. While visually, it looks simar to many other meat lovers out there, it does taste better than your national chains. The bread is a little more soft and spongy I think. When it got a little cooler toward room temp, it wasn't all that great anymore. Overall, Bulldogs is decent, but i am still on the hunt for the best pizza in the woodlands.

I saw a picture or two of a stuffed pizza and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind since. But for a million various reasons, it's taken me way too long to actually visit. Until now. I actually placed the online pickup order when we were about 30 minutes away, with a note saying "we will be dining in". This was an excellent idea from my wife which really timed up perfectly. We arrived, and they brought us our food within seconds. We were the only people in here the whole time we ate, so we had the place to ourselves. The stuffed pizza was just a tad different than a typical Chicago stuffed pizza. It's like there was just an additional layer of crust on top of the pizza, rather than it being totally encased by dough with sauce on top of it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about the difference - merely just pointing it out. In addition to the stuffed pie, we just ordered a basic pepperoni pizza for our son and some garlic knots. I thought all of it was a perfectly fine 4-stars. In reality, this is probably a really good option if you're 10-ish minutes away, but I wouldn't say it's worth a regular journey for us (35-ish minutes away). But I'm glad we finally got to try a place that I wanted to come to forever!

All these years later and it's still my favorite pizza place. I hadn't been in quite a while before this past weekend, so I was a little nervous that it had changed and maybe wouldn't be as good anymore. Much to my pleasant surprise, everything was exactly as I remembered it! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who took our order. She was so kind & genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with customers. I didn't see my usual favorite (Mr. Potato Head) on the menu so I assumed they discontinued it. However, we asked after we ordered and she said it's still a menu item! So I'll have to make sure to go back and get it the next time. My husband and I split a chicken Caesar salad and a medium pizza, though we could've easily gone down to a small size. They really don't cheat you out of toppings & that's one thing I'll always appreciate about this restaurant! I'm eager to bring it back into my local restaurant lunch rotation.

The lemon pepper was a bit too lemony for my taste. Our pizza was delicious! Light, great crust, and amazing flavor. Also the large is 12! We ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza and loved it. I ended up getting a large 1/2 bbq chicken 1/2 4 meat, a personal pizza w bacon (for only $5!!!!!) AMAZING!!!) and some hot wings. The pizza was really good! Crust wasn't too thick, nice and saucy (I LOVE PIZZA SAUCE) and the toppings were nice and fresh. The wings were just ok; skin was not hard like we like but it was no biggie. Now full transparency, my husband is a New Yorker, and by his standards it was average for NY pizza. But judging by my Houston palate I thought it was good. The calzone was my favorite. Adding the optional ricotta made all the difference. It took it from a 4 to a 7. The only downside was the pepperoni. I could literally count the slices and wished there were more. That said, the bread texture was wonderful, and that same great texture carried over to the garlic knots, which I really enjoyed. I think trying meatball, or a supreme (heavier on the meat) version would be fantastic. When I go back I'll that and be sure to update. We also tried the chicken parm sub. It was okay, though my husband thought it was subpar. Personally, I think the tomato sauce did a lot of the heavy lifting flavor-wise. Surprisingly, I really liked the cannoli filling, which says a lot because I usually don't care for cannolis. They often don't taste like much to me, but this one did. The inside of the place is very quaint and mom-and-pop, which I loved. Service was great. I ordered to go, was told 20-25 minutes, and the food was ready in about half that time. All in all, this is a solid pizza place for locals, and I'd absolutely come back to try more items on the menu. I want to try the original place and see if it's better. I mean, it should taste the same right? (Will update when I find this out).
