My order took 35 minutes, and the restaurant didn't call my name out, but instead called out the name of the person who took the order. They left the food on the counter, didn't give me several of my items and did not care to even fix it, saying that they were now closed, at 8:20. Because of this, we had to get an entirely different order at another restaurant, since we didn't have all of our food. I will not return. read more

Although the Schlotzsky's on Andrews Hwy in Midland looks like a dump - don't judge this book by its cover. The folks inside are the real gems here. They're polite and provide quick & friendly service. The sandwiches are always great! read more

We have eaten here forever and normally it is good. For some reason this Sunday June 30th, (noon) it was awful! We got 2 sandwiches to go. We are hoping my husband doesn't get sick, the original turkey on his sandwich tasted odd he said. Both sandwiches were TOTALLY soggy - and we came in to oder them so they were fresh! My original was so wet and it appeared that someone went crazy with mustard! it was dripping out of the sandwich, and I wiped as much off as I could. It completely ruined the sandwich & it had already soaked into the bread. We won't come again for a long time. We have other sandwich choices here now. read more

I've always like d Schlotzsky's, we usually hit the one on Andrews Hwy due to its location but we came to this one recently because we were on this side of town. The service was really good, staff was friendly & helpful & the place was clean & comfortable. I think in the future we will drive the extra distance to come to this location. read more

Great customer service, clean and friendly. However, the sandwich was exactly what I ordered only skimpy in my opinion. Small bacon grilled cheese sandwich, chips and large drink came out 15 bucks! Would have been tolerable had it not been for the rude bleached blonde lady and her friend in the challenger who were on such a short lunch they did a burnout around me to steal what they thought was going to be my spot if they didnt? It's OK angry woman, you can have whatever spot you want, I'm just going to take my sweet time and not bonk anyone in this tiny parking lot. Ill refrain from returning here until Im rich and certainly not during her lunch time since she was intent on making an incident out of parking. read more

I live Schlotzskys and usually enjoy this one...but this visit was terrible. *The sign on the door stated that customers must wear a mask and that the employees were to wear one...NOT ONE employee had a mask on. *The man taking our order never spoke a word to me. *The food took close to 20 minutes. *When I finally got the food...it was incomplete. When I told the employee what was missing, her response was "it wasn't on the ticket, don't get snappy with me!" Even though the missing items were listed on the menu as coming with the food. I was very nice the whole time. I feel like this was a very bad experience and will likely not return to this location. read more

The younger cook staff, particularly the one with the nose ring, does not enjoy her job or helping customers. We like eating at Schlotzsky's, however, the rudeness of employees negates the the entire experience. A simple smile goes a long way. read more

This location has to be the worst location I have ever been to. After deciding to give them another try from the horrible food they served me about 6 months ago when I ordered a sandwich. I visited this location today and decided I wanted a pizza, a supreme pizza and a drink. After waiting 25 minutes for my order it came out with the cheese cold in the center and the toppings not even spread out nor did it have a coat of top cheese. I confronted the manager about the cold food and he said he would eat it if it was his order. I disagreed and then I asked for my money back. He informed me I should get my money back in 7 days. Fair enough, but the thing that pissed me off enough to write this review is as I was walking out the door I was called a "prick". I turned around and told him "ya damn right I am". If no one tells you how bad you are doing at something then it will never change. Corporate needs to get a grip on this location's management and let some people go. Look at the pic and tell me if you would eat the pizza that was served to me. I took one bite out and it was cold. I left the restaurant and went to Dominos Pizza and was served a delicious supreme pizza with no long wait and it looked just like the ad. read more

Drive thru was quick. My sandwich was fresh and good. The only issue I had was the bread was very soggy in the middle. Not quite sure why but it may have been too much mustard or just that they didn't spread the mustard after applying it to the bun. Other than that I like that they have a nice clean didning area when I go inside. Good food. Good service. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We just try to avoid this location all together. Everytime we order from there, there is always something wrong with the order! Then they are rude and mad because we ask them to fix it! Today was the last straw. There was a fly in my salad, ALIVE. It was my second bite and if i wasn't paying attention I would've ate it. I smashed it, packed up our salads, and called the manager. She agreed to a refund. I went back and waited in line for 30-35 min. I get to the window and a cook is standing at the window and rudely asks "are you saying there are flies in here!" I said yes and handed the bag with two salads in it. She gave me a dirty look, told the manager to only refund one salad, and threw them in the trash all while talking under her breath. My husband wasn't going to eat his after there was a fly in mine, so I wanted a refund for both. She refunded both and "apologized." I will NEVER return to this location again and will let all of our friends that eat there know! read more

I lived in Austin, which is the company's home town, and for some reason the sandwiches taste WAY better there. Also, I've had the experience (more than once) in the drive-thru where they have lots of issues with being able to hear you order over the intercom system...very annoying...I end up having to drive up and order at the window. The one good thing is the Caravel ice cream! Try it! But don't expect great service! read more

The food was pretty good but the service was lacking. We waited at the counter for the cashier to finish her personal conversation with another customer before she would acknowledge us. And the cashier brought out our food to the table but the a girl from the back came and gave us a to go bag to place our trash in it before we leave !! This place is one of the only fast-food places I go to on a regular basis in Midland. Here the people are friendly(which is rare in food service in this town). There's a guy who works the drive thru during lunch who is super nice! And the closing manager when we went was pleasant even when we annoyingly showed up 10 til close to grab a quick salad. Terrible service! Cahier Devin came up from the back wearing headphones, which did not leave his head throughout the entire exchange. Ordering was extremely slow due to his apparent short attention span. When my order was brought up to the window, I made my way home (across town) only to find out that my order was not even complete!
