Awesome experience at Schlotzskys today. Cory the assistant manager was so helpful and friendly. He was polite and truly respectful, you don't get service like he gave very often anymore. I unfortunately don't have a picture of our sandwiches but they were delicious and had very generous amount of meat and veggies on them. The restaurant was super clean. Even the bathrooms. Someone was cleaning the entire time we were there to ensure it stayed super clean. Great service, great food, it was just a great experience.

The original- small.

Fresh ingredients as usual. The assistant manager who was taking the order was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was small for dining in but Lampasas is a small town. The only thing I didn't like was the drive in traffic interfered with the regular parking.

I ordered an original and this is some turkey sandwich.

Well... where do I start? Not what I ordered and a long wait in the drive thru to get my not order. I hate paying for bad food and food that I didn't even order. This is not the first time I've been disappointed here so I'm done trying to give them second chances.

i'm only going to give this place 1 star because i have to but if i had the choice i'd give it a ZERO. matter of fact, i would love to give it a zero. after a LONG AND HARD day of working my ass off i just wanted a light meal. i went to schlotzskys and ordered a sandwich with EXTRA olive and NO mayonnaise i got NO olives and my sandwich had mayonnaise on it ..... i have never been so disappointed in this sandwich shack in my whole life. on top of that some twink worker told me to try the tomato soup.... it was like he had a vendetta against me. shit was disgusting. i won't be coming back here.

Very Slow! The kitchen doesn't seem to be running efficiently. The food tastes good though.

I felt like we intruded on these ladies lunches! I'm looking all over for a menu and finally ask the girl behind the counter and she pulls a menu out. I'm was so confused as to why they don't just keep them out. The next thing that got me is that there weren't prices on the menu. We ordered 2 pulled pork and 1 chicken salad and it was about $38. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and accommodating, especially for my picky kids. My kids love pulled pork and they said this was okay but they preferred grandpa's. It did look a little dry but my husband said it was okay. My chicken salad sandwich was dry as well. The potato salad was really good though!!! They both could have used a little more seasoning. Thankfully there was salt on the table. Now for the star of the show... the pickles!!! I'm the only real pickle eater and I thought they were really good... enough so that I bought a big container. It was a little odd because the pickles on my plate were different textures. My husband actually noted the same thing. We went back and got a Dr Pepper cake. It was moist and had an interesting flavor. I don't think I would have guessed DP if I hadn't known it before.

This trip we finally made the turn into the parking lot. Walking in, we were greeted immediately. Our greeter was behind a counter that contained fudge and other candies. My wife asked where the fresh made cinnamon rolls were, but unfortunately they were already sold out. We walked around the business and found it to be quite large. It was well stocked on most things but a lot of it was stuff I had no interest in. We did enjoy watching the ladies making taffy. The wife and I both used the bathroom facilities. We found them to be well maintained and very clean. I was hoping that this store would be similar to the Choke Cherry store in Estes Park. Unfortunately it was not. We didn't get lunch as we had already eaten with our daughter. We did hear several people say that the food was excellent. Will I return? Of course as my wife has to have some of their cinnamon rolls:)
