Instead of listening and getting all sides of the story or giving a written warning of any sorts they were both fired for voicing their concerns. Apparently they like to take sides instead of doing any investigation or listening to their staff. Corporate will be hearing about this along with any legal repercussions that can be taken. Firing two people based on a he said she said situation is absolutely unacceptable, especially since they seemed to be short staffed already and cannot get a sandwich made in a decent time for the life of them.

Service at the old location wasn't as good towards the end and so maybe that's why they closed. THE NEW LOCATION is under new management and things are soooo much better. The new place is brighter inside, great seating., Parking could be a little bit better but we were able to get in-and have a great meal. Service is 10 times better than the old spot. The ribs are delicious! So glad to have Billy Sims Barbecue back in Joplin under new ownership...we will be back the next time we're in Joplin!
