Their chicken Greek flatbread is my favorite from Schlotzky's so far. For dessert, I always get the "center of the roll." The strawberry chicken salad is also fantastic. Service unfriendly; The restaraunt was clean. I ordered a chicken avocado cobb salad with no bacon, no ranch, with honey mustard dressing. The ticket stated exactly that but when I got home with my order the salad had bacon and I was given ranch instead of honey mustard. Positive was that the avocado was fresh. The food is always good. Some of the workers (not to be that person, but it's mostly the younger ones. I say this as a 24 year old myself ) are quite rude and will not even greet you. We ordered a large original sandwich from the drive-through at the Euless location on 183. We asked for no tomatoes. When we arrived home the sandwich not only had plenty of tomatoes, but the sandwich had been doused with jalepeno sauce. The sandwich made us both sick. This location does not answer their phone, in fact, there voice mail is full so you are unable to leave a message. No way to leave a message at their corporate complaint number either. Skip this location, they close early w/o notice. I arrived to the drive through and they asked me to hold please. Said okay. Over ten minutes pass. Others pull up behind me, one backed out parked and tried to go in and left abruptly. Didn't think much of it till I realized it was almost closing time. This Schlotzsky's is a good one! They're speedy, clean, and friendly. I love the menu. Soups, salads, sandwiches, man and cheese, pizza, flatbread... classic sandwich shop kind of stuff but they're food always seems fresher and prettier than other fast food. Surprisingly there's quite a few gluten free options. It's always a couple dollars more, but you can get gf bread on and sandwich or pizza, and they have gf breadsticks for salads. Yay!! Feels good to have options. I like the pepperoni double cheese pizza or a Sicilian sandwich, which has ham, provolone cheese, pepperoni, cotto & Genoa salamis, roasted red peppers, red onions, black olives, field greens and tomato. First of all this location needs better trained workers. I ordered food online on Jan 7th. I have never ate at Schlotzsky's before, so with that being said what was offered on the online ordering menus is what I ordered. When I arrived some kid at behind the counter said oh there are some things that we could not make. I said ok like what He said we are missing some items for the Reuben and the French dip we do not have the juice. I said ok so what is missing on the Reuben? He basically name off all the items including the rye bread. So I said well what is it then? He said we just made it with what we had. So base bread and meat. I said well that is not a Reuben so can I get a refund for the Reuben and French dip. He spent his time texting the owners or a manager who could not be bothered to at least speak to me on the phone. This kid then told them to refund my whole order. Which was already made, so I did not receive any food at all. So he stated that I would be refunded within 1-3 days. Well here WE ARE ON THE 29th of JAN!! I have called, I have entered on their general website. NOT ONE PHONE CALL in regards to my experience or my refund. Now you can mess with a lot of stuff with people, but two Major things you do not mess with is Family and Money! At this point they have done both. I scrambled that night to find something else to feed my family and my Money well lets hope after my attempt today I at least get that back. What really blows my mind is This was not my issue!! I did not reject their food because I made a mistake! It was theirs!! I am afraid with this kind of service I may never try a sandwich or any other food from here. I have eaten at Schlotzsky's since the 80's and LOVE it, but I had terrible experience here a few weeks ago in the drive through and won't go back. First off I ordered a Cinnabon cookie and was told they didn't have cookies. Then I gave my order and had to repeat it several times because the "two" people who were taking it weren't listening very well. When I got to the window, after paying for my order, I asked if I could have an extra pickle. I was informed that I would have to pay for "one" pickle. I told them that on the online app I would have to check a box to exclude the pickle because pickles are supposed to come with the combo meals. They told me that I would have to pay and I explained that I wasn't going to run my credit card again for less than a dollar. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me that none was there. I told them that they needed to include the pickle because that was standard procedure. I was told that the manager told them that they must charge for pickles, because "pickles are expensive now."WHAT?! Then, after I got my food, I noticed that the Cinnabon that I ordered was not included. I was told, "She didn't charge you for that." I left. When I went to scan my receipt for points in the app I saw it didn't even have a barcode to scan. This is some weird, rogue Schlotzsky's that isn't like the others. Writing this review for the fact that they sell $7 pizza that tastes pretty good. I personally thought this place was only a sandwich shop, but color me surprised. I had a BBQ chicken pizza that could've lasted me two meals if I hadn't left it in a Ft. Worth fridge.. Plus, the drive through is pretty convenient if it's empty when you drive up. I always loved Schlotzky's, however the last few years I've eaten gluten free not be cause of allergy, but I definitely feel better when I don't eat gluten. I recently learned that Schlotzky's has gluten free bread, so it's been on my mind to get my old usual sandwich. This particular location has messed this "32 weeks pregnant and on bed rest" girl's order 4 times in a row now in the past six days. It wouldn't be so bad if I could actually be the one to GO INSIDE and order and make sure it's right before I leave, but I have to resort to friends and family to bring me food, and Door Dash. All I've wanted this whole time is a cheese original on gluten free bread with no mustard with 4 packets of Schlotzky's sauce. The first time (8/5/19) I sent my mom to get me food. She asked the workers "what all sizes of sandwiches do you have gluten free bread available for?" They told her that all sizes were available in gluten free. She proceeded to order me a large cheese original on gluten free bread with no mustard. My mom arrived with a cheese original on bread that looks exactly like their standard bread. I questioned it, but she said the cashier confirmed it was gluten free. I was shocked, but excited! I ate the whole thing and then of course felt terrible soon after. Before trying again, I searched for more info on their GF bread. As it turns out, their only gluten free bread is an Udi's hamburger bun and it's only available in a small size. So I send my mom the very next day (8/6/19) with this info a day later for another sandwich. She orders me a small gluten free cheese original no mustard. She arrives and it's not gluten free - again. This time I refuse to eat it. Luckily my mom chose to eat it. Just days later, on 08/08/19, this baby who is a serious creature of habit, still wanted the elusive cheese original. I had a doctors appointment that day so I went through the drive thru myself that day. I ordered a small gluten free cheese original no mustard with 4 packets of sauce. I got home and had a "regular original" on gluten free bread this time. It has ham/salami baked into it, so I was definitely not going to eat that. I called Schlotzky's and they refunded my card. Today, 8/10/19, this child is again wanting this sandwich. I decide to order it on Door Dash and see if that changes anything, since everything would be in writing, exactly how I want it. I specified that I wanted 2 small gluten free cheese original no mustard sandwiches, and 8 packets of Schlotzky's sauce. The Door Dash process went well and I was hopeful. I receive my delivery and hallelujah... the sandwiches are correct. But really, there's no sauce in the bag and I've thrown away all the sauce that came with the other sandwiches. And I specifically wanted this sandwich with the sauce. 4 packs per sandwich. I wish I could say I give up, but this baby won't let me. Maybe next time it will be right. read more

I came here for a free birthday sandwich with a coupon that was emailed to me. I ordered the sandwich and waited in the drive-they line for over 10 minutes. You have to access the coupon via their app. I pull up to the window and the app closed and the coupon completely disappeared. I show the man working the window the app, the email that verified the coupon, and my if and he refused to serve me. Saying you have to have a code on the app, but I had no way of giving it to him because the app closed. He then starts talking about he is going to get in trouble for giving me a $4 sandwich that his company emailed me for free. At this restaurant it is all about who is working that decides the level of customer service you get. One day you will get a wonderful dining experience, the next time will be like today. No one in the place or the drive thru, but we stood at the counter for several minutes before someone came from the back. The radio and the tv are volume high. We asked that he turn the tv down, he did only slightly so you still can't hear either clearly. On the other side of the place you can hear neither. There is something wrong with the coke machine so no one can get soda. We told them, but 20 minutes later no one has even come to look at it. As ysual the food is great, but we shoulda done the drive thru and ate in the parking lot. We cant get a refill anyway. read more
