They had decent reviews and since they are close to a lot of his specialty physicians he wanted to see how that would be. They have a lot of geriatric patients. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone for a new patient. The check in was easy. They have tablets to check yourself in but also have several receptions to check you in the old fashioned way that my father prefers. Everyone was very friendly. He felt comfortable and at ease for this first visit. I like that they have a my chart app and website so my father is able to give other people access so we can monitor his medical status. He can also make appointments and send notes to the doctor and do telehealth visits. Also on site, they have their own labs and imaging facility .

I met him in a furniture store and discovered during our conversation that he was a Family Medicine physician. That was back in 1999 and today my husband and I travel all the way from Pennsylvania to Maryland 3-4 times each year to remain in his care. He also treated my elderly father after he was told to go home and get his affairs because he did not have much time to live by another doctor. I sincerely believe Dr. Wroblewski was the primary reason my father lived nine more years. Not only is he brilliant but his is patient, kind, and caring. Never rushes me or my family members out of the office no matter how packed his waiting room is. He is an exceptional doctor and I feel blessed to have him in my life.

Her bedside manner is great, and I think she's been reasonable and helpful with rendering care. She's also been flexible with allowing me to do some visits virtually, if practical. I read others' comments regarding other members of the practice, to which I really cannot comment. I've met with NP Hayden, and spoken several times via phone to Dr. Miller. All of whom have given practical and reasonable medical advice. The front office staff has always been pleasant and kind with me. I am a big believer in the idea that you receive what you give--kindness included (not always, but most of the time). People are just people, sometimes we have good days, and other times-- not so much. I am not saying it's ok to be rude, but it's not been my experience that any of the staff here have treated me poorly. I also think it's been a positive addition to the practice to bring on a full-time phlebotomist, which has made blood draws faster and much easier. I enjoy the convenience of not needing to be referred out to another lab for routine lab work. I am not invalidating the experience of others but wanted to offer a balanced perspective from the other end of things.
