The motherboard on my laptop was fried and since my laptop was older, a replacement motherboard was unavailable. I had another identical laptop that I no longer used, so I asked if they could take the motherboard from this laptop to fix the laptop I brought in for repair. Within a few hours, they made the swap and also fixed some security software issues detected. A $55.00 deposit is required & deposit applied towards the charges to repair. Within a matter of a few hours, my laptop was working again ... better than ever and no additional charges incurred. The staff go out of their way to clearly explain issues found and work with the customer to resolve expeditiously! I would highly recommend and will be back if future issues encountered.
