He contacted us shortly after that they found a defect in one of the flares; they offered to fix it, but the flare company decided they'd send out a new one instead. Xtreme Motorsports was kind enough to house the flares until the new one arrived. Within a week, they were ready for pickup and looked great! We really appreciated the attention to detail the employees showed, the quick turn around, and Shaq's positive personality. I'd use their services again!

I went to a few places to get estimates and landed here. First off, Jeffery's (I believe) dad is often in the office to help with receiving guests, he is an older gentleman that was very kind. And his son was also incredibly nice, he was efficient in getting me a quote and I was able to drop my car off and get it back a day earlier than I had anticipated! GET THIS-my car was a mess.... I am not an organized person and it was pretty full of old coffee cups, Coke Zero cans, and other miscellaneous trash...and I had BODY WORK done on the car. Place did a great job, paint matched exactly, seams matched up well, finished it fairly fast, and the communication throughout the process was great. They were able to source an OEM fender through one of their dealership connections and not some random cheap aftermarket part (which insurance prefers) which I appreciated. There's a VW enthusiast on staff that is knowledgeable about these cars that does the repairs. While not VW certified, they are Volvo certified which made me more comfortable with this place than somewhere without any euro car certifications. If you have a Safeco/Liberty Mutual insurance claim and are looking for a direct repair/preferred shop for whatever insurance it is and have a VW, give this place a look.
