I was told to "wait a minute," so I waited patiently in line. After nearly 10 minutes with no further response or service, a young employee exited through the back door--presumably to go home--and told me they had stopped taking orders at 7:40 PM. When I expressed my disappointment about being told to wait and then ignored, she responded in a dismissive and somewhat rude tone, saying, "The boy always tells people that," and added that they had already removed their headsets. There was no apology or concern for the customer experience. If the hours posted say you're open until 8:00 PM, that should mean you're serving customers until that time--not walking out the door. Based on this interaction, it seems 8:00 PM means that's when the staff leaves, not when they stop serving. This is incredibly poor business practice. Turning customers away 10-20 minutes before close, after asking them to wait, shows a complete lack of professionalism. Judging by other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident. There are frequent complaints about this location not opening on time or closing early. It's clear there's a serious lack of oversight and accountability. If the owners are aware and allow this behavior to continue, that's even more concerning. I try and stop here every time I'm in town but will be looking for an alternative place. Follow-Up Review / Response to Management: I keep seeing responses asking customers to "provide more information," but the problem is very clear and consistent: your store is not operating during the posted business hours. I arrived at 7:50 PM--well before your stated 8:00 PM closing time--was told to wait, and then ignored, only to be told by an employee exiting the building that orders stop at 7:40 PM. You don't need more information--you need accountability. If your team is routinely closing early, leaving before closing time, or refusing service while still "open," then they are not doing their jobs. Asking customers to explain the obvious issue over and over again feels like a way to avoid action. It's simple: keep the store open and serving during business hours, or update your hours to reflect
