The manager was completely out of control when I tried to talk to her. I did not complain one second about the up charge. Suggested if he was this out of control to stop and call me. Say I cannot groom him. I would have come and picked him up. I cancelled our boarding and asked for our records. She threw them at me over the counter. Completely uncalled for. These guys were a godsend!…read more I was taking a roadtrip to Maryland and stopped in Joplin to have dinner with a good friend of mine. The problem though was that we brought our three large dogs. A 3 year old newfoundland mix A 7 month old Bernese Mountain Dog A 2 year old neurotic Yellow Lab Mix. Now I know in Denver if I tried to do this we'd be charged around $150 for each dog just for the four hours. But these lovely ladies charged me on 25$ to take care of them for the four hours to let me and my fiance (now husband) explore town a bit and grab dinner. I called them before hand through. So that probably helped alot. Most would bock at the size of our pouches but the lovely woman who took them in didn't even bash an eyelash. She kept the guys well hydrated and even let them use the potty facilities in the back of building. If I ever have my boys with me when I travel through again I'll drop them off here again!

So they can answer loads of questions because they have gained firsthand experience with the dogs. They are very professional and very friendly. They rescue breeder dogs so you know that they are well bred. They are right across the street from Pinnacle Veterinarian who does the neutering, shots, and any medical conditions that need attention. Our little girl had a shot knot on her shoulder and they removed that before we got her. I cannot speak highly enough about their level of caring.
