I then pick Bentley up and he is completely shaved.... In the dead of winter. I let them know that I had meant for him to get a sanitary cut and a bath not completely shaved. They said that they do not document bath + sanitary cuts, only "full grooms". Obviously a miscommunication. Dr Clark gets on the phone and I let him know I was unhappy that my predominantly outside dog was completely shaved in February. He was going over the logistics of their computer system and specific grooming terminology trying to find out where things got messed up. He then offered $25 off of my next grooming. I said that I had just paid over $100 and my dog was supposed to get a bath and he is now shaved. He said he has to pay his groomer and buy shampoo and he can't just give me my money back. Then he said giving me my money back is not going to make my dog any warmer. I'm so surprised by all of this. Customer service completely out the window. Apparently this is how their business works: They don't document baths + sanitary cuts -my fault I didn't know this They said same as last time- my fault I didn't know that meant last "full groom" in September not when I was just here in January When a customer is upset by a service being done incorrectly due to a miscommunication it is the customers fault for the miscommunication not the staffs I was told if I wanted a refund then I would have to find a different groomer. This is obviously not the groomers fault. It's a communication issue within this vet office. Heads up for anyone else doing business with Pet Care & Surgery Center

This kennel owner was disgruntled with a factual negative Google review that I had left and, rather than discuss the issue between us, she opted instead to publicly post her negative feelings and opinions about me and my review to her customer base on her personal and business Facebook pages. Furthermore, she made false allegations and spread completely untrue information she had obtained from another disgruntled individual. To have no regard for the truth and intentionally denigrate someone's character by publicly bad-mouthing them and spreading false information is vindictive and disgraceful. She has done this to at least two customers within the past few months, and it's not right. For this reason, I am speaking up to say that I cannot recommend this kennel. If a business's professionalism and integrity are of great importance to you, then I strongly recommend taking your pups elsewhere. There are several other excellent kennels in the area that give great care to your fur babies AND who demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional integrity in every way. Otherwise, you risk having your name and character wrongfully dragged through the mud across the internet by this owner and her customer base if she decides she doesn't like something about you.

they were fantastic! they could take our 2 big dogs on a…read moreshort notice. kept them nice and warm during the snowstorm; sent pics everyday. when one of the dogs came down with a medical emergency they located a vet open on Saturday morning, made an appointment, all the while keeping us updated. they drove the dog to a vet in North OK and picked her back up on Monday morning. we can recommend them anytime!
