Their 'excuse' started with: "We don't have a public bathroom" I pressed that I was about to have an accident and needed a restroom, and that I was a paying customer, not 'the public'. Their response? "Our bathrooms are not ADA compliant". As IF I needed ADA compliance, I certainly was not in a wheelchair or other needs for access. In fact, I was looking right at their bathroom as this conversation transpired. If you aren't going to allow bathroom use to your customer, I won't spend my money there. It's just this thing called customer service Went thru this in Tucson, with all the drug addicts and homeless. Tucson started securing bathrooms. Kind of ridiculous here if you ask me. You can do a payment plan, but you are definitely spending too much. They do however take care of a lot of the medical needs of the puppies so that is a plus. As always, I would recommend looking online or at your local shelters for dogs that need a good home!

The woman that "groomed" our dogs absolutely butchered them. She made us wait 6 hours and when my…read morewife showed up to pick them up one of our dogs had all of her beautiful fur shaved completely off except for her tail and her head making her look even more ridiculous than if that had just shaved her completely. Our other dog that didn't get shaved looked like someone closed their eyes and took some shears to her fur at random. One last point, our dog that had a nice thick coat of fur to keep her warm as of this morning is now bald and it's December 18th and she is in for a very cold bald winter. Spare yourself and your dog and go anywhere else. My 5 year old son could have done a better job.
