They didn't ask me to leave or tell me I was intruding. I was around them at most for 8-10 minutes and I finally asked if I was bothering them, they said yes and I left. Long story short, an employee came up to me (I'm assuming the manager) and told me if I didn't stop doing what I was doing that I'd have to leave. I did absolutely nothing wrong and am not creeper at all. I'm assuming that group of people were regulars and told this guy some exaggerated story about me. I haven't been to a bar for years and this was my first experience back. This tall bearded guy (employee) talked to me like trash. I just apologized and moved on, what was the point of defending myself. I didn't even know what I was apologizing for. I have never been told in my life I might have to leave an establishment. It bothered me so much that I still haven't let it go yet. My group of people easily spent over $300 on drinks. This place was so packed that you were shoulder to shoulder with people. I could not believe out of everyone there I got called out on. There were drunk people puking and being stupid, but apparently that is fine. I had someone sit down next to me and take my female friends phone and start flirting with her, but apparently that is okay. But me talking to strangers is a bad thing. The whole point of going to a bar is to socialize. Even if that guy apologized to me I wouldn't come back. It's wrong on so many levels to treat a patron like a nuisance when they have no proof. I went there several times before they moved and should have known better. We went for Karaoke and that was so loud you couldn't even hold a conversation with anyone if you wanted to anyways.
