Recently some of the programming went "wonky" which is part of the issue they caused with the driver's they installed and the owner literally told me to reach out to the guy who sold us the system who no longer works for AAA, how crazy is that. When I called to confront him about this ludicrous statement he told me to "shut up"! Being a business owner for nearly 2 decades I truly understand customer service and ethical conduct as a business owner and Phillip Ampel the owner of AAA is probably one of the most unprofessional, dishonest individuals I have come across.
