Extremely Happy. I live in Druid Hills in Atlanta. Wanted to add a second keypad to my security system. Total frustration calling around to the local "big guys" - they all wanted to sell me something or add their monitoring service. Decided to do it myself. Called alarm distributor and learned the bad news that they do not sell to public. They recommended Noble. I called - the woman on the phone was knowledgeable, told me who would do the job, when they would arrive and how much it would cost. They charged me same for keypad as I could get on internet. Service technician (Richard) was extremely pleasant. He called when he was on the way. Did a great job. After he left I noticed that he even tacked down a loose wire on his own that I did not ask about - that tells me he is someone who just wants to do a good job.
