The plantains were cooked perfectly, a little char was the perfect balance to the sweetness, likely the best in the area. I also had the vegan empanadas, don't let vegan fool you, it was rich in flavor and the potato exterior was incredible. I had to force myself to stop eating so I could have leftovers.
