My intention is not to criticize for the sake of it but to highlight areas that need attention. I recommend implementing mystery shopping at both locations for at least a year, along with stronger management oversight, so the issues I mentioned can be properly addressed. One positive note: the staff at the Menifee location have consistently been very friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the manager I interacted with at the Wildomar location.
