He picked a beautiful quartz counter top, gave me options to choose from for the paint, faucet and hardware. He has a great team working for him. They were respectful and trustworthy. The refinished cabinets look like new. They do high quality work. He made his best effort to get things done within the time frame discussed but, as with any renovation, there were some unexpected issues that led to minor delays and affected cost. I really appreciated how his main concern was that I was happy with the end result. The worst part is that it has required so much to get a response weeks and weeks of calls and emails . No commitment on when they will call back . When I ask Lisa when can I expect a call back no response which means what? I currently asked for copies of all cabinet paperwork and warrenty multiple times still waiting for the paperwork. I can respect they are not going to help but, at least provide me with a contact to help fix the paint not just say you can find a cabinet finish company to help you.
