I placed an order last Wed about a week and a half ago, I paid for 1 day shipping, by the following ing Friday my order had not shipped so I asked to add another car, this car was on pre order wich put my whole order on waiting for the pre order item, they did not tell me this would happen, even though I asked about it being in stock, it took me till Wed a week after placing the order to find out that I was waiting for the pre order that was add, they then blamed me for the delays. Now that Wed, I had them cancel the add on to my order and send what I had originally ordered, its now Monday and they have charged my card for the add on that was canceled, they have not refunded me for the canceled order, I have received no emails or updates on my order status and I haven't received my order, just finding out, the sent pick of the XpressMusic 2 day shipping label, its been 4 days so I called canada post to find out they changed the shipping type to 10 to 20 day after, cant believe this stuff

I was after a somewhat obscure NiCad battery for an old RC car that I was giving to my nephew. Lots of staff available and I was served right away. At first we determined that I might need a newer battery and charger (which was more expensive that I had planned) but one of the guys said 'let me try to find a NiCad for you' and he did. It ended up costing me much less than the first option but the goodwill to me as a customer was priceless. They solved my problem and saved me money. I will be back and I will recommend it to friends. Thanks Guys!

This is a great model shop. Do you need decals for whatever reason? They have a big free bin near the front. Do you need cement? What types? There are so many! And, if you don't know, the guys who work there do, and they will make sure you walk away with what you need. If you've been thinking about giving models a go, or are just looking for a place that has shelves lined with them, this is where you want to go. It's hard to believe that a brick and mortar like this place still exists, but it's wonderful that it does!

His shop is filled with lots of spare parts for the popular r/c brands (traxxas, hpi) along with a few dozen of rtr's and kits. He may not have the vast selection some of the other hobby shops in Mississauga have, as his shop isn't the largest, but he will order anything in for you and actually call you to let you know when it has arrived. His prices are in line with everyone else too. If you're in the area and run r/c cars or trucks, Galaxy should be your LHS.

Legends has extremely competitive pricing (Games Workshop stuff usually 20% off!) and a very nice selection of board games, comic books, cards, minatures, and geeky merch (I definitely picked up a Rainbow Dash mug on my last visit here.) If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. It's like Walmart lol you go in for one thing and leave with 10. There's a pretty good selection of board games, both popular and obscure. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll gladly order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. The guys who work there are all very nice and very knowledgeable. The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia. The store is located in the back of the plaza so it's difficult to find if you don't know where to look.

I ordered from their website after seeing a Facebook advertisement (note to business-keep the facebook ads-they work) I didn't expect them to be that fast But I received my order, every item with none missing, must have been 12-14 separate items, in literally 2 days.
