Best nail service I have had in a long time. I felt like a lot of time and attention was paid to the final result, and I was really happy with how my nails turned out (tips and powder dips). The finish was flawless and the service was very efficient and it was clear my tech knew what she was doing. She also gave me care and re-application tips. Unfortunately I'm only visiting Jacksonville but really wished they were operating where I live - none of my locals are as good as the service I recieved here. read more

Wonderful experience!!! Will be back. I did not know what to expect. I walked in without an appointment but was seated immediately. Igot a pedicure with a Great color and very relaxing massage. I love that she cut my nails exactly as instructed and had NO messes getting the nail polish smudged. She also put hydrating oil on my skin which was dry ans got all the dry skin of my heels!!!!! I even got the plastic flip flops as I had none. For the quality and price abs effort -----So worth it!! read more

I was visiting Ponte Vedra for the annual Donna Race. I needed a quick Gel manicure and this Salon was able to take me as a walk in on Saturday ( I heard of where I come from). They did a very nice job. 3 coats of gel will get me through 3 weeks with this color. It was clean, friendly and fast, but detailed. read more

We were walk ins so I understand when they told us to come back in 30 minutes. We came back in 30 minutes and no one acknowledged we were there for about 10 minutes then they filled the tubs with water for our pedis. We were in the water so long (probably 30 minutes), they added hot water 3 times at our request. My nail person was rude and rolled her eyes when she messed up my big toe at the end putting on my shoe. She rolled her eyes again when I gave her a gift card as part of the payment. The gift card didn't affect my tip so don't know why that aggravated her. My daughter's tech was nice and efficient but this salon definitely doesn't have their act together. Too many salons to choose from rather than spending 2 and 1/2 hours getting a mid-level pedicure. read more

If you enjoy a very fast pedicure this place is for you! My leg and foot massage was way too short and soft for my liking. The entire experience was all of 3 mins (minus soaking and toe nail polish)! I've been here before, it's not my first time and I already knew they don't spend a lot of time on the massage part, but today was very quick and they were not crowded and no one was waiting. If you're in a hurry you might like this place. It's clean and the staff is pleasant. But I did not enjoy my quick pedicure today :/ read more

I've been going to Sawgrass Nails for a few months and been happy with the service and Lynn's work. However, today, after having an appointment scheduled for 3:30 for my daughter and myself, we waited for a while before being seated and then waited again for one woman to wrap both of us. Then she borrowed a kit from someone without using a clean autoclave kit. My two granddaughters were with us and they got manicures. My daughter just got filed and oiled. I pulled off my own gel. The kicker was they charged me $10 to take off the gel. Sorry Lynn, I'm going back to Lovely Nails. Thanks Page. read more

For starters ... It just did not have a good vibe. While doing my pedicure nail tech had a lengthy convo with tech seated next to her. She would glance my way from time to time. It made me feel uncomfortable! Pedi- Nails too short and big toe is cut crooked! Gel Mani- Very rough when getting old gel off. I stopped her and requested more time with the remover before she came at me with the scrape tool Safe to say ... I WILL NOT RETURN! read more

Well here it goes, I have never written a bad review, as I usually ignore bad experiences... But this one is a fair warning to all. I had a mani/padi. Worst ever. Three of my nails were bleeding after I left, my feet still hurt as they were so rough on my feet, I cannot even explain. If I lived here I would have called the health department as I had to ask her to use new files, new slippers and new clippers for my nails. She was rough, rude, did face time on her phone and I even have a couple of bruises from her massage on my legs, I had to ask her to stop and I left. I would never go back. read more

I tried this place and never in several times did they open up an sterilized envelope for doing my nails and then when I tried to call with more than 24 hour notice the Mgr Tracy was rude and kept saying you move your appts around. When is this acceptable by an owner of a nail business and having a demanding job things come up- guess I should have not called to reschedule and just do a no show. Unreal and rude from a business owner. Will never be back and be aware you are not following the health Dept guidelines for sterilized tools. I only get manicures for natural nails so going in weekly but never again. read more

We go to Sawgrass Nails all the time and always get seated right away! My nails last for a very long time and don't chip very much. Also, unlike other nail salons, they don't press you for gel. My daughter always asks for elaborate nail designs and they always follow through. Definitely 5 stars! read more

Took my daughter to have her eyebrows done. They were busy so they hurried, burned her skin on both eyelids. ended up taking her to the hospital. took her back to show them, they didn't even have the decency to apologize, will be following up with a lawyer tohave her medical bills paid. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The customer service was horrible the second I walked in (and the place was completely empty). After being greeted with eye rolling, the nail technician proceeded to remove my previous gel polish, but was so rough in removing the polish that she CUT MY FINGER with the metal tool she was scraping off the polish with and MADE ME BLEED AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. First off, if you want a Customer to come back it would be a good idea to at least treat them as if you want them to come back. The lady who did my nails today was rude and rough handling my feet. The sanitary conditions were not good. She used a USED loofa on my foot! Never going back. I also noticed the technician next to me was mean to an older woman and was very disrespectful. I cannot give a star. This is the worst mani pedi I've ever had. There was no massage, just a bit of a rub. Also the nail varnish was put on unevenly and no concern when one of the nails was bumped and no help to make it look better. Save your money and go elsewhere. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE!! Forget double dipping, the woman went to reuse the same STICK that was clearly already used on someone else! It had wax and a hair dried onto it. So unsanitary I can't even believe it. I asked if she was going to use that on me when she dipped it into the wax and she asked if I wanted a new stick. I said no thanks and left. Gross. read more

A month ago, I booked eight manicures and pedicures for my sister's bridal party (including two flower girls). I was assured when I made the reservation that Sawgrass Nails would be able to accommodate us by having half get manicures while the other half received pedicures and the we would switch. When we arrived for our appointment, there was complete disorganization. They did not have enough people for our group and subsequently ignored us for half an hour. Then it was complete disaster with us waiting for three for our group to be complete. Additionally, they told us they never take a group this size even though that was not what I was told on the phone when I made my reservation. My sister, the bride, had to wait the longest as well as the flower girls which was extremely frustrating. The establishment was not even apologetic about the situation and did a half haphazard job with our nails. It would have been fine if we would have received an apology or they waived my sister's mani and pedi as a way to correct their error but no such thing happened. They were extremely rude to our group and I was EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience, especially since we called so far in advance. I will not go back to Sawgrass Nails given that they do not care about customer service at all. read more

Biggest waste of $40 ever! This is not my first time to this place, but this is my first review. I am trying to check out the local places to find a good pedicure place and figured I'd give this place the benefit of the doubt and give them a 2nd chance after a disappointing first trip too. I went for a gel pedicure and was in and out in 30 minutes! So much for my relaxing "me" time! Apparently, they only give good service if they know you. I was barely talked to, and my pedicure was awful! They barely gave any attention to the normal pedicure steps, barely no massage, and they slapped on a coat of polish and I was done. Hard to imagine that they can charge $40 for service like that, there are plenty of other places in town that are much better! read more

I used to go to Sawgrass Nails every time I came to Florida and I liked their service. They did a reasonably good job and despite some of the other reviews, they took their time on both my manicure and pedicure. However, the last time I went, I had a different lady. When I removed the polish two weeks later, I found that I had white marks on every single one of my nails, both hands and toes. Needless to say, I have not been back and am still working to clear up my nails. Comparing it to pictures on the internet, it does look like fungal infection, especially my two big toes which are now discolored as well. read more
