Never again. Got a medicure and pedicure today. Pedicure was good. But this is my nails. I paid 97 dollars for both gel pedicure and full set solid color. The medicure was horrible. If I was not from work, I will asked them to fix it but I'm too tired and just want to get out of there. The color bleeds. But I have to give it to them that their shape is perfect. But I will not go back for sure. What a joke read more

Guy who takes in every client is a liar and deceiver. He says they'll be with you "shortly" 10 min become 20 and then 30 min later they're barely getting to you. He sits you puts yourself feet in the water and at that point you're kind of locked in. I was here for 1hr 40min for a pedicure. I must say Kim who actually helped was very kind. Waited for about 20 min until I was sat down which was understandable considering the fact that they were working on a few customers. Phuong did my nails she was a bit rude at first but eased up after a bit. Found it a little funny that she would almost smack my hand as if I were a child to take the powder off rather than use a brush which I'm used to. They also don't do the hand washing routine like most places. The service took about an hour, my nails came out alright and I was charged $30 for a gel full set WITHOUT A DESIGN OR SPECIFIC SHAPE. Best nail salon ever! The staff is so sweet and so nice! The patience they have for you here is hard to find. I've only been here a handful of times and the staff already knows me and greets me when I walk in. Today I got off of work late and called close to closing time and they were still willing to take me super last minute and with a smile on their face. Don and Jenny are the kindest people and so funny. Wont ever trade this place for anything! As long as they're open I will keep coming here. And if you're complaining about the wait do your own nails at home. It's busy here because that's how good they are. Doing your nails is supposed to be relaxing not stressful if you don't have time come another day. Simple as that. read more

Went in and asked for "clear nails" and the lady told me they don't have clear nails because their not "popular or they'd have them"... hmmm, this was the first salon I went to who DIDNT have them in so long. asked for narrow long nails and they deff weren't narrow :/ wide and un even. When I asked her to fix a few she said "okay okay I fix later" .. so later comes n I ask her to fix it n she tells me it's fine ... annoying , also the man who works there is honestly rude when he brings up his smart ass remarks . N it made it super unfortable so I deff won't go back now, this salon is out dated and the employees all stare at you. Find somewhere more updates and where they're not so rude. read more

All the ladies are really great gossipers, look each customer from head to toe, criticize each customer in their own language, laughing and making remarks. They have jobs or a salary due to the customers; otherwise, they wouldn't wear those diamonds( fake stones) necklace, ring and bracelets. This place was one of the cleaner establishments in the area. I went in on a Friday and expected it to be very busy, but I only waited about ten minutes ( while I chose my colors). I got the spa pedicure and a gel manicure and my total was $40! The lady did a very good job at cleaning and catching all of the details. I was there for an hour and a half, because she was doing such a good job. I had a great experience, and I'm assuming the negative reviews are when it's busy and they're rushing. read more
