All of the staff I interacted with were polite and professional, and that made the process more comfortable. However, I do have several complaints. Before driving all the way from Virginia to Ohio, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $35,000. When I arrived, I was told the price had been increased by $500, and there was very little willingness to negotiate after the fact. That was frustrating, especially after making such a long trip based on a prior agreement. The vehicle itself was also disappointing at delivery. The Bronco was very dirty, had only about 10% oil life remaining, and was given to me with almost no gas in the tank. It also needs the window wipers replaced. When I brought this up, Hunter said he would provide a gas card, but I was only given $12, even though it takes roughly $60 to fill the tank. The listing said it had 55,000 thousand miles but when I arrived it has 57,500 thousand. While I'm happy with the Bronco itself and the staff was friendly, the pricing change, lack of vehicle prep, and minimal effort to make things right took away from what should have been an exciting purchase experience.

No check engine lights hen purchased. Trailered vehicle home - first drive was to be dealership to get timing belt and transmission services since it has 180k on odometer. As I drove 35 miles to be dealer, repair that 614 cars did, caused exhaust system electronics part they replaced to short out since their mechanic didn't bother to route the wires the same way they took them off, melted on exhaust pipe next to wires they worked on. At time of sale - they stated if any issues with their work they did, just let them know and they'd make it right. I reached out. Received initial response asking for quote and pics from my dealer. Then ghosted. No response to texts or call - sent to voicemail after a couple rings (only called 1x, texted 3 over several day period). Caused $1500 in damages due to their poor service that was done so on top of price of car, I immediately am stuck with a $1500 repair bill. I asked they cover half which was cost of parts in my text. Also discovered they are committing tax fraud! I negotiated price to $5900 out the door - from $5900 plus ttl. They apparently changed sales price on receipt from total price plus tax to equal $5900 to a total price of $3500. Reporting to the Ohio tax office for tax fraud. Was a great experience in person working with these guys, too bad their mechanic made a bad repair and then the "good game" they talked at sale, was nothing more than lies. Guess if you are lucky and get a car without their mechanic making bad repairs, you are probably good but sadly that wasn't my case and watch the price info as these guys are shady.

Here's the story: We tried to call the service department numerous times throughout the two days without luck. No one picked up the phone after the operator transferred the call to the service department and the calls eventually (after 6 or more rings) went to voice mail. We received no call backs nor any text messages on maintenance status. That was strange. We drove to the dealership on 8-27 and the service gal said they didn't get to the truck yet and it's still in the parking lot and if you want to take it--here are the keys. My husband around the lot looking for the truck .....to no avail. It was only after I made my presence known in the sales room--quite loudly in fact-- did a sales guy run into the service department and excitedly ask if my husband was there to pick up his truck and only then was another gal dispatched to locate our truck and deliver it to the service door. We are giving this dealership one star because of their disregard for keeping the customer informed on maintenance status and then how they treated the customer when he came to pick up the vehicle. No apologies. No 'let us make it right for you', no car wash --just here are the keys and good luck finding the vehicle. This is customer obsession? Other dealerships can eat this dealer alive on this aspect alone. And we bought this truck brand new from these folks.

I would later take it to mechanics to see if I could get fixed, but now the car still needs a new engine and fix the leaking coolant.
