I was in the area looking at another car so I went to look at this one after. I called prior and asked if they could do less if I paid cash today. They kinda said maybe. There was only one desk that someone was at. Place seemed shady. I went to look at the car- it was very dirty. The tires on the front were bad and you could see tons of rust on the front rotors, I asked for a carfax and a list of what they had done to it. The carfax did not show much work had been done at all-but I know small shops and personal mechanics don't report. There was an open emissions recall on the car since 2019! The pictures made the car look WAY nicer than it was. On a test drive I popped the trunk and there was a fishing pole and a tackle box in there LOL. I offered 2 amounts and they said no to both offers so I left. There was NO WAY I was gonna pay what they wanted. I went down the street and parked to look up another car and I saw someone driving the Charger in the traffic on the street. So I am guessing someone was driving it is why they didn't want to sell it.

I waited approximately 20 min. then she goes outside with the men helping them decide which car. After another 10 min. I went out and ask her how much longer there are 4 people in line. No other representative working at the desk. We had an appointment in 1 hour. She reply was I'm helping these people. Two other people in line walked out. When my husband got to the counter she said, who is she with you pointing to me. He said yes, she then said I'm not renting to you cause of her. We walked out. Enterprise should be ashamed in hiring her. I drove to another location and had very nice people take care of us. We are Enterprise members for 2 years and this is how she treated us. Never ever go to this office for rental.
