I never got those gas cards at the end of this btw. They definitely did cheap repairs on the vehicle I bought because the paint started chipping off within a year. It looks horrible now. There have also been many panels in a certain area that are falling off/loose. It's a clean title but I think the "small accident" was a lot worse than they made it sound. I also couldn't refinance because lenders kept telling me the title wasn't clean. I don't know what they did but this place it sketchy. These people are scum. With the current supply-demand going on, the haggling has been much worse than ever before. I was referred by a relative to reach out to this dealership. I received straight forward price, trade in amount, and they were able to get the exact Telluride I was looking for. I completed my financing on their website and knew exactly what I was paying before I took the 9 hour drive. I got the call letting me know when my vehicle would arrive so I could plan the trip. Naturally, I worried that once I got there, things would change and I end up wasting all this time. I can excitedly report that my experience was absolutely seamless and the whole process was relaxing. Yes, I said relaxing because I know that's not a normal feeling going to a dealership. (Especially as a woman) Everyone I encountered throughout my process was warm, friendly and easy. Communication was great from the financing standpoint and normally that's where things start getting a little muddled from my car buying experience. Extremely Disappointing Experience Would Not Recommend!!!…read more I purchased a car from Auto Boutique on May 28th, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. After buying the vehicle, I discovered major mechanical issues, including a bad turbo, high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP), low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP), and faulty injectors. The car then spent approximately a month and a half at the dealership being worked on. After waiting that long to get my car back, I had it for only THREE DAYS before the cooling system failed and a coolant hose burst. I then had to wait another week just to get a coolant elbow replaced. A car that I had recently purchased should not be giving me this many major problems in such a short period of time. Between the repairs, the time without my vehicle, and the constant frustration, this has been an absolutely terrible ownership experience. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that they offered me only $10,000 in trade-in value, while the out-the-door price to buy my own car back was $4,900. After everything I've dealt with since purchasing this vehicle, that offer felt like another slap in the face. I understand that used cars can have issues, but dealing with a bad turbo, multiple fuel system problems, and cooling system failures almost immediately after purchase is unacceptable in my opinion. I have only gotten to drive my car 3 weeks combined out of the 6 months of ownership.... I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle from Auto Boutique to get an independent pre-purchase inspection, carefully review the warranty, and understand exactly what protections they have before signing anything. My experience has cost me time, money, and a tremendous amount of frustration. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Auto Boutique. I wish I had known what I was getting into before purchasing my car.
