Totally understandable when people have technical difficulties however, communication is key. I pay for time and services and the lack of communication was unsettling. My move was fairly small, they took care wrapping up my belongings with tape, shrink wrap and or blankets. Everything went smoothly although they did miss items at the pick up address that I just so happened to stumble upon when I returned to ensure that nothing was left behind.

At one point, Armando complained to me that he didn't want to spend all day figuring out how to put together our Lovesac couch. I felt uncomfortable by the complaint directly made to me, and thought it was unprofessional to complain to the client. I didn't end up having him build the couch after all. They did put together 2 beds and our dining table, but they re-built our dining table and master bed incorrectly and we had to figure that out and re-do them. They didn't put together 6 pieces of large furniture that were broken down during the move when they initially guaranteed that he would. They didn't do a final walk through with me, which they were supposed to do, so during the hectic day, I didn't realize what was missing. Toward the end, it seemed like they were in a rush to leave. I felt very uncomfortable at the end of the day when Armando was yelling and cussing at the other workers to work faster on an extremely hot day. Overall, I think the movers did a decent job of bringing in our belongings. They worked hard and seemed to show care for our items. We fed them well and made sure they were hydrated, and they expressed gratitude. We will not use them again.

I shopped around for different solutions, landscape companies, dumpster companies even going so far to get a quote from Burrtec, which gave me a ridiculous quote of $800 + $300 dump fee. I was desperate as I needed to find a solution, and I solution I did find in Harness who gave me the best Quote and Service out of any of the options I researched. BONUS! As part of my Demolition and landscaping, I had to tear down a porch that had Wood Rot. I was supposed to have help, in tearing down my backyard porch, but my help fell through. Left hanging out to dry... Ray who is an awesome dude by the way... puts everything aside and says "No Worries, I will help you tear down this porch, we'll knock it out in no time", and in no time we did, he even helped me carry the debris to the dumpster. Ray did not have to do that, he did not have to help, but he did, I can guarantee no other dumpster companies would have done it. I moved from Laguna Hills Ca, To Las Vegas and I was quoted a price for the move. He was he late getting to my property to move me and I didn't even have time to do a walk thru. He stole several items during the move. expensive rugs, computer monitors, a 50 inch television set, and a expensive vase, he also left my patio set outside of my new property that was thrown away. He never even apologized or gave any explanation for the missing items. I relocated to middle class 55+ community and he showed up wth my property a full day late and claimed he ran out of gas on the move here. He showed up late and alone and it took him until after 12:00 am to complete the move, this is a very quiet community and my neighbors were distured. I had to address them and aplologize for the noise that occured at 12:00 a.m the next day. Myself and my 77 year old mother had to sleep on the floor with nothing. He was also on drugs, my nieghbor saw his so called wife smoking God knows what at the bottom of my stairwell and I could clearly tell he was high as well. I am a Social Worker and I know a person on drugs when I see them. When the move was completed he demanded $400 more after he quoted me a price. I refused to give it to him and said I was going to call 911. He scared my mother by talking to himself and walking around my home. My Mother finally got him to leave by writing him a check and putting a stop on it. He then had the nerve to call me and ask for the remander of the money which I do not owe him because he stole my goods,I just blocked his calls. He did a sloppy job of moving my items. My Mother was traumatized by this entire expereince. I filed a police report on him. His name is Mike Spittle, DONT EVER USE HIM!!!!I I didn't know some of the things were missing until I started to unpack. He even stole medication that was prescribed by my therapist. Please by all means do not use this person for your move. I dont know where he got the revires that are posted but I recieved horrible service and I am still traumatized.
