The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

Love this place! First, the environment is very clean, well designed, bright, and inviting. The office itself is laid back, but professional, in that you can tell it is an open space and there is a sense of community, lively conversation, and a positive vibe. The staff is very professional and has their work down to an art. I worked with Lisa, who has a great eye for detail and a wonderful aesthetic, and will only recommend the perfect treatments to suit your particular needs, and I appreciate that she and the office are always on the lookout for advancements that can make their work ever safer and more effective. She said, "if and when you decide to add botox etc. to your beauty routine, Brooke at Saving Face is the best there is. She was absolutely right!!! The beautiful thing about Saving Face is that they are staffed with more than one master injector. Thank goodness Brooke's colleague, Victoria is like an extension of her. Everyone at saving face is amazing and professional. I'm new to Botox & injections, & Victoria spent so much time explaining the differences in products, & listening to my long list of concerns. I also vagal (light headed, nauseous, nearly pass out) with needles, so she made sure to numb me 20 minutes before, used ice, & distraction techniques. I'm also a nurse, & all of the staff practice sterile technique. This place specializes in conservative & natural results. Lisa was the first person to inject me, & she was so patient & amazing, but she only works weekends. I can't say enough great things about this company. read more

Laura Baley at Saving Face Austin is by far the most skilled and creative injector I have had since I began botox/juvaderm injections 15 years ago. There are several "good" injectors out there, but not excellent like Laura. As a previous ER nurse, she has the ability to accurately access and implement treatment where it is needed. I feel very safe in her hands. Also, I never feel like they try to "upsale" on other procedures or products. It's a great environment with wonderful nurses and staff. Helio Health is a cash only business (pushing subscriptions) for hormone replacement; peptide therapy; vaginal cosmetics; GLP's and other weight loss drugs. I went there to follow up on my hormone therapy which had been managed by Nyman. They refused to fill my thyroid (no explanation); heavily tried to sell me their vitamins and clearly did not read my intake form. Every part of this visit was rushed and confusing. I had to ask for routine bloodwork to monitor the hormones and was forced to pay for an order rather than using the one my insurance pays for. Everyone from the front office to the medical assistant and the PA was unfriendly and rude. So without my regular hormone prescriptions I had to find a medical professional to manage my hormones and wellness and he even volunteered the bloodwork I was forced to pay for at HelioHealth was inadequate so of course I had to have that repeated and pay for it.
