Hello happily engaged couple, We understand where you are…read moreright now in the process. You're excited about the engagement, and the thought of your upcoming wedding. Congratulations. We also know however, that the more you Google looking for answers, the more questions you have! Even if you have a venue, you now need to worry about seating charts, timelines, hairstylists, weather, forest fires, COVID, cleanup- oh my! "Do I even need a wedding planner?" may even be a question that you are pondering- and that is ok! The good news is, this review that you are reading is the review you need. As partners, we were asking ourselves these same questions. In hindsight, we would have been stupid to not hire Terri/Events Extraordinaire. Should you simply care about the bottom line, then skip the rest of this review and just hire her already! If you are interested to know why, please see below. Although one of us was skeptical in the value of a wedding planner, I can assure you that Terri's actions and efforts were invaluable in making our day perfect. From the very first meeting, we were relieved at the methodic approach Terri takes to wedding planning. Your first meetings are simply getting to know each other and learning what the couple wants to achieve with the wedding. Terri fairly listened to both of our ideas and provided unbiased feedback and guidance. These little nudges compounded to big decisions which encouraged us along the wedding planning process. Speaking of the process, Terri has one. She has timelines, 'day of' agenda's, and planning deadlines that keep not only the couple, but also your vendors on track! Although you may expect the planning process to go smoothly, just as we had, of course life happens. We had a serious issues with one of our main vendors (That we found before working with Terri) the month before the wedding. We promptly referenced Terri's pre-supplied vendor list and found someone who was more budget friendly, that produced fantastic results. Then, just one week before the wedding, the HMUA dropped out (crazy we know!). Terri picked up her personal cell phone that same day, to step in, and spent the evening with us hunting down alternates. To us, Terri felt like another family member with all of the right tools in her tool box to help us navigate the complex nuances of wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, we hardly noticed Terri- and I mean that in a good way! Seamlessly behind the scenes, our wedding day and timeline panned out about as perfect as it could be. This letter is a testament to her process, value, and care in wedding planning. We decided we'd like delivery to save us the hassle...we'll that was gonna cost us! $150 to be exact...for local delivery and pick up and NO set up or break-down. To me, that's an insane price for picking up and dropping off tables and chAirs‍ Additionally, I had to contact Them several times to find out when we would even be getting our equipment. I was given a delivery window of 1-3pm and after several attempts to contact them after 5pm, their truck finally showed up. Just poor communication. Wouldn't recommend.

I had originally rented just a small portion of items…read morefrom them for my wedding (glassware) and had the majority of my rentals for my wedding from another local company, Settings. The day before the wedding the other company, Settings, totally dropped the ball & failed to deliver what I had ordered (no linens, cocktail tables, or rectangular tables). My event coordinator called Premiere Event Rentals at the very last minute (literally 10pm the night before my wedding) and they came through with all of my missing items. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had what we needed to have a beautiful event. I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone!

Ryan and Sound Extreme were amazing!! We hired Ryan (the owner) as the DJ for our wedding at Rush…read moreCreek Lodge on November 2nd and it could not have gone better! The planning process was very organized and Sound Extreme's online planning tool was so helpful in choosing all of the special songs (first dance, processional, etc). We had two skype/facetime meetings with Ryan before the wedding to go over details (event order, special songs, what to expect, etc) and we had no doubts that everything would go smoothly. I didn't worry about it at all on the day of the wedding, and knew I could trust Ryan and his team (including Sarah, the mirror photobooth attendant) to be there, on time, and do their job. Ryan was very attentive both after the ceremony (he even brought us water afterwards) and during the reception. He totally kept the party going and several people complimented us on having such a fun wedding. Ryan surprised us with fun lights and glowsticks during the dancing portion of the reception, and we had the most amazing time. Ryan is a professional, and we put the music in his very capable hands. We included songs on our must play, play if possible, and do not play lists, and asked that he use his professional judgment in selecting what to play. We're so happy we did this, and if we ever need a DJ in the future we know who we're going to call!!! I would highly recommend that you hire Ryan for your wedding or special event!

You…read moreaddressed the photo booth operator's attitude in a defensive manner, but incessantly fail to accept that THIS particular photo booth did not function properly. I never said anything about ALL your booths. The screen was black. Look into it, and stop blaming me for concocting lies. Getting one more turn in the photo booth after two sessions is not that serious. Also, I blurred the images to protect the identities of those in the photos. The album is "private". It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments. Not cool Ryan, to publicize photos of customers who opted for a "PRIVATE" album. It definitely proves your original claim was untruthful though. Mission complete!
