So due to her error I can not get it until she fixes it! She fell ill about two weeks after my ceremony which I understood but she refuses to contact me in this matter. She is holding me up from getting medical insurance through my husbands work. I've even paid the fee to fix the error & had the clerk mail it to her house for convenience. Still nothing! She refuses to contact me!! I've sent emails, text messages, called & left voicemail, NOTHING! Very unprofessional!!! She was a very sweet woman her price was too good to be true (obviously) she threw in her personalized wedding vows. I will admit her vows she wrote for us were beautiful! I feel like it's been a month and a half since I got married and for her to not reach out and even send a simple text to communicate what is going on on her end is just plain unacceptable. I feel like cause I had a small intimate home ceremony I just don't fall high on her priority list. I recommend choosing someone else to officiate your wedding. Unless you're ok with flakey and unprofessional!

The planning process was very organized and Sound Extreme's online planning tool was so helpful in choosing all of the special songs (first dance, processional, etc). We had two skype/facetime meetings with Ryan before the wedding to go over details (event order, special songs, what to expect, etc) and we had no doubts that everything would go smoothly. I didn't worry about it at all on the day of the wedding, and knew I could trust Ryan and his team (including Sarah, the mirror photobooth attendant) to be there, on time, and do their job. Ryan was very attentive both after the ceremony (he even brought us water afterwards) and during the reception. He totally kept the party going and several people complimented us on having such a fun wedding. Ryan surprised us with fun lights and glowsticks during the dancing portion of the reception, and we had the most amazing time. Ryan is a professional, and we put the music in his very capable hands. We included songs on our must play, play if possible, and do not play lists, and asked that he use his professional judgment in selecting what to play. We're so happy we did this, and if we ever need a DJ in the future we know who we're going to call!!! I would highly recommend that you hire Ryan for your wedding or special event!

I never said anything about ALL your booths. The screen was black. Look into it, and stop blaming me for concocting lies. Getting one more turn in the photo booth after two sessions is not that serious. Also, I blurred the images to protect the identities of those in the photos. The album is "private". It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments. Not cool Ryan, to publicize photos of customers who opted for a "PRIVATE" album. It definitely proves your original claim was untruthful though. Mission complete!

David & Lety truly are Film Makers…read more  The way our wedding film captures our wedding is beyond words. You can see the time, effort, and skill that went into every detail they captured. We also had a traditional Korean pehbek ceremony, and the moments still bring us to tears each time we watch it back in the film! It truly is something we will cherish and watch over and over again. I cannot wait to show our future children and family our amazing In researching videogrpahers, they were our #1 pick, but after looking at their website and Instagram we honestly thought "no way will we be able to book them! They're just so good". You know those amazing wedding videos you see on YouTube, that other people get to have but we're just two random people who never expected to have this jaw dropping piece that is ours. To this day, my husband and I can't believe that amazing film is us and we got to work with Capture Colour Films! Plus, getting to know David & Lety is such an added bonus to the experience! We were very lucky to have a small intimate wedding during COVID. David & Lety not only made us feel safe through the whole experience, but I know had it been a true elopement just with us, David, Lety, and our photographer it honestly would have been an amazing time!  It truly is an investment, and it is one my husband and I would make over and over again. Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!
