I have purchased products from Birthday flowers to Funeral Sprays and everything was beautiful. The staff is great and always give us a call if something is out of stock before they substitute for a different flower or ask if we have preferences. Flowers are expensive anywhere you order from however the value is well worth the price point for their arrangements. The flowers are always fresh, arrive cold and in water and promptly - the driver who does the deliveries also always gives instructions on how to care for the arrangement. I would highly recommended ordering from them via phone or on their website for your floral needs.

Review: Disappointed by Incorrect Floral Arrangements and Poor Customer Service…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. My Daughter recently ordered a floral arrangement from Wildbud Floral Co for her wedding, with clear instructions and a written confirmation of the types of flowers to be used more so not to be used. Unfortunately, the arrangement she received included completely different flowers--some of which she had specifically requested not be included due to allergies and personal preference. To be specific Roses. Roses were used in almost all arrangement including boutonnière and corsage's. When my daughter reached out to address the issue, expecting at least an acknowledgment or offer to make things right, her contact, Cheyenne was unavailing and dismissive to her concerns. Despite having the original written order as proof, she refused to take responsibility and only offered $500.00 in store credit as the only form of correction. Her unwillingness to admit any mistake, even with documentation in front of her, was frustrating and unprofessional. Clearly $500.00 refunded would have gone much farther in restoring one's business name and integrity as opposed to a credit from a business that fails in customer service. Mistakes can happen--what really matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly caution anyone considering this florist to look elsewhere, especially if you're planning something important and expect reliability and integrity. I'm hoping I'm allowed to download and share pictures of my daughter's day and allow you to compare what is on their website for an outdoor wedding venue and compare with the reality we had. Even if you have a venue, you now need to worry about seating charts, timelines, hairstylists, weather, forest fires, COVID, cleanup- oh my! "Do I even need a wedding planner?" may even be a question that you are pondering- and that is ok! The good news is, this review that you are reading is the review you need. As partners, we were asking ourselves these same questions. In hindsight, we would have been stupid to not hire Terri/Events Extraordinaire. Should you simply care about the bottom line, then skip the rest of this review and just hire her already! If you are interested to know why, please see below. Although one of us was skeptical in the value of a wedding planner, I can assure you that Terri's actions and efforts were invaluable in making our day perfect. From the very first meeting, we were relieved at the methodic approach Terri takes to wedding planning. Your first meetings are simply getting to know each other and learning what the couple wants to achieve with the wedding. Terri fairly listened to both of our ideas and provided unbiased feedback and guidance. These little nudges compounded to big decisions which encouraged us along the wedding planning process. Speaking of the process, Terri has one. She has timelines, 'day of' agenda's, and planning deadlines that keep not only the couple, but also your vendors on track! Although you may expect the planning process to go smoothly, just as we had, of course life happens. We had a serious issues with one of our main vendors (That we found before working with Terri) the month before the wedding. We promptly referenced Terri's pre-supplied vendor list and found someone who was more budget friendly, that produced fantastic results. Then, just one week before the wedding, the HMUA dropped out (crazy we know!). Terri picked up her personal cell phone that same day, to step in, and spent the evening with us hunting down alternates. To us, Terri felt like another family member with all of the right tools in her tool box to help us navigate the complex nuances of wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, we hardly noticed Terri- and I mean that in a good way! Seamlessly behind the scenes, our wedding day and timeline panned out about as perfect as it could be. This letter is a testament to her process, value, and care in wedding planning. I chose Laurel and Vine to send a bouquet to my mother for Mother's Day. My mother was so delighted with her beautiful flowers that she called me on FaceTime so I could see the bouquet from all angles. She had the biggest smile during this call, which made me happy since I couldn't be with her on Mother's Day due to the quarantine. Throughout the day, she texted photos of her flowers to me. The following morning, she texted a photo of the flowers on the table during breakfast, and then texted another photo of the flowers at dinner. It's been a week and she has sent texts with photos of the flowers every day since receiving them! My mother is in her eighties and can't go out during this time. Marie's flowers have given her so much joy during the quarantine. I highly recommend sending your loved ones flowers from Laurel and Vine during this time of uncertainty and isolation. Marie is a dream to work with. My husband and I interviewed several florists, and some of them pushed back on our decor ideas. (We wanted a more colorful palette for our fall wedding: reds, purples, and oranges.) But not Marie! She immediately followed up with Pinterest pictures that proved just how perfectly she understood our vision. Our flowers were executed beautifully, and I could not get over how absolutely breathtaking my bouquet was. Marie even went above and beyond by stopping by my dad's house a few days before the wedding to pick up the chuppah he had built, transporting it to the venue, and assembling it before decorating. She was so patient and kind and worked very hard to make my daughter's vision a reality from beautiful bouquets to table arrangements at the reception to lovely flowers on pews at the church. Her statement piece at the wedding was perfect. Marie then moved flowers from the church to the reception for us. At our first meeting she took meticulous notes and offered ideas on types of flowers and greenery that were in season. Marie at Laurel and Vine was a pleasure to work with! Our wedding colors were burgundy, blue-ish grey, and various lighter shades, and the arrangements were absolutely perfect. Since there aren't many naturally colored blue/grey flowers available, she used different types of plants instead to make sure those colors were included. She was able to use the arch arrangements for our sweetheart table, and the aisle arrangements as décor in other locations after the ceremony. I had a special request to include a particular type of flower in the bouquets, and she was very accommodating. In fact, Marie was easy to work with and professional throughout the entire process. My husband and I first started working with Rosie in 2019, with the intention of a May 2020 wedding. Covid, of course, had other ideas, and we had to reschedule for July 2021. Rosie was with us through every step of that process. She was patient, empathic, and in regular contact as we made the difficult decision quite early in the pandemic to reschedule our event. As a result, we worked closely with Rosie for almost 2 years! She was easy to reach, happy to have a quick chat to plan or talk through minute quirks, and so amenable and open to any of our ideas. She is well connected to many vendors in the area, which was helpful all throughout the process. Rosie excels at balancing what's practical and feasible for an event of your size, while incorporating the elements that make each couple unique. She also has so many fun props and decorations available (e.g., she let us convert her lemonade stand into a frozen banana stand for a cocktail hour giveaway). From the initial setup on Thursday to the final tear down on Sunday, Rosie & her team were there. She helped us with coordinating all of the vendors in an advance and on-site. We truly could not have pulled off the event without her. She regularly thought a few steps ahead of us, and she worked seamlessly with her team to resolve any issues that came up. Everyone was so nice and friendly, too. Our guests had an amazing time and we owe so much of that to Rosie and her team. We give her our highest recommendation.

I referred to her as my wedding mom throughout the process because she cares about your vision and your budget while dealing with the craziness of family drama sprinkled in. My daughter recently was married at The Meadows By Forty Eleven and I must say, had we had a choice…read moreto change the venue 24 hours before the wedding, we would have. 7 months before the wedding date, I along with several members of our family, met with the owner (along with my daughter and her groom). The place was really rough and worn down however he assured us of all the changes and improvements that would be completed before the wedding, including a bridal house and the main house with 5 bedrooms, landscaped, weeds gone, barn painted and refurbished etc.... He even suggested where to have the music and ceremony. We rented the property from Friday to Sunday. When we arrived, my heart sank, my daughter cried. I was immediately embarrassed for my daughter, her soon to be husband and even for myself. The place was still run down and dirty. The little landscaping that was there looked as if it hadn't been watered since the last rain - most was dead or dying.. The weeds were waist high on most of the property. The barn was filthy and disgusting. The bridal suite was open walls with power tools inside and could not be used. The 5 bedroom main house for the bridal party was actually a 3 bedroom house with spoiled old food in the fridge and some guy who was visibly high hanging out in the living room.. Thankfully we showed up the day before the wedding: My grandsons picked up 4 large contractor size trash bags of garbage strewn about the outside of the barn. My oldest daughter had some of her staff come help with cleaning the barn and mopping the barn floor. My soon to be son in law and his father had to remove the windows from the barn as they were a safety issue with cracks and holes in the glass. (We put them back on Sunday) The owner and his girlfriend / "employee" were quite rude and did nothing to remedy the situation and was actually angry that we removed the barn windows. This whole event gets worse, but not wanting to write a novel I will just say, stay away. Or at the very least have a back up venue in mind. These people have no business in the wedding business. Thankfully, the partner who lives in Oakland refunded my daughter. But honestly, we would have preferred not to have a refund and just have been given the experience we were promised.

The venue is on such a large stretch of property and there are so many places to have different parts of the wedding. Whether it be exchanging your vows beneath trees, cocktail hour or dancing in the cute barn or eating under the perfect market lights and incorporating the barn as a back drop, it's beautiful. (Did I mention the huge amount of parking availability?) The house that is made accessable to us on the property is beautiful and you can tell that a lot of time and effort was put into the renovations, it's gorgeous! I'm also so excited for the bridal bungalow it is a great place for me and my ladies to relax and get ready for the wedding.
