Bear's Garden is a great florist, they always provide fresh flowers and on time delivery. I have used them for both personal and work orders and have never been disappointed. I have purchased products from Birthday flowers to Funeral Sprays and everything was beautiful. The staff is great and always give us a call if something is out of stock before they substitute for a different flower or ask if we have preferences. Flowers are expensive anywhere you order from however the value is well worth the price point for their arrangements. The flowers are always fresh, arrive cold and in water and promptly - the driver who does the deliveries also always gives instructions on how to care for the arrangement. I would highly recommended ordering from them via phone or on their website for your floral needs. read more

We sent my niece birthday flowers. They were delivered bright and early. She sent me a photo and I was not happy. The flowers were old...the roses, fully open and curling. I expected more for $154. That arrangement will be toast in a day. read more

I received the most beautiful vase of flowers from Bear's Garden Florist. I couldn't have asked for a more "Jessica" arrangement. It even reminded me of my wedding bouquet. The colors popped and I loved the artful display. The best part is that Bear's Garden Florist personally delivered the flowers. Our place isn't the easiest to get to - and it made my day to be personally greeted with a stunning vase of magic. The gentleman who handed me the flower - couldn't have been nicer as well. If you are looking to celebrate a loved one, friend, or co-worker - I wholeheartedly recommend Bear's Garden Florist. Their flowers arrangements are lovely - as are their staff. Trust. read more

I was super pleased to find Bear's Garden Florist on Yelp, and more-so, to learn that they offer same-day delivery to Twain Harte where I wanted to brighten up my colleague's day with a colorful flower arrangement for a milestone work anniversary. While I didn't get to see the final product first-hand, I did get a text thanking me for the "stunning flowers." So I assume the "fruit cocktail" floral bouquet couldn't have been bad! Thanks to Bear's Garden for an easy-to-use website and ordering process and for the same day delivery too. I'd definitely recommend this business if you are in the area or want to get flowers for someone that is! read more

This is my absolute favorite florist in Tuolumne County. I have used them for years and have never had a single complaint. I always give them artistic license when I order from them, and am never disappointed with the result. They also have extremely quick turnaround during non-peak times (arrangement ordered and delivered within an hour). If you asked me for a floral recommendation, Bear's Garden would have my whole-hearted endorsement every single time! read more

Bear's Garden Florist - Florists Near Me - Sonora, California

I ordered flowers through AVA's flowers, an online site, who contracts through local florists. I was told that Bear Garden's was the florist that delivered the unacceptable birthday bouquet to my sister. I ordered the large birthday bouquet with 3 balloons. She received a small bouquet with dying flowers, and lots of filler, and only one balloon. There were 5 tulips and 3 roses, and the rest was filler or dying. She said it looked like a $35 dollar bouquet - not the $80 + fees - $105 we spent on her big birthday surprise. I am highly embarrassed and frustrated that she didn't receive the floral arrangement that I paid for to make her day special. Her house burned down in the Boulder Creek fire back in August 2020, so I wanted to make sure she received a special birthday gift this year since she lives 3 hours away from us now. In any case, I do NOT recommend this florist and I don't recommend AVAs Flowers etc. When I requested a refund, they replied "Thank you for reaching out to us. We regret any inconvenience regarding your order. Upon reviewing the arrangement that you ordered and confirming with the designer, we have determined that the flowers sent are within the recipe and guidelines that the bouquet called for, in the size that you ordered. If any minor substitutions were made, they fall within our Substitution Policy guidelines. Therefore, your order meets the product description." I've attached photos of how this bouquet was advertised and what she actually received. Bad business. read more

This place changed ownership, so the older reviews with complaints about the poor customer service aren't even for these owners. They couldn't have been nicer when we went in to order flowers for our Christmas hosts. Very fair pricing and delivery exactly when they said it would be. Realized at the last minute that today was our mom's wedding anniversary...the first one since our dad passed away. I called Bear's Garden Florist, asking if they could possibly deliver flowers to Mom today and the woman I spoke with promised to make it happen. She said they closed at 1 pm (it was already close to noon) but at 1:30 I got a beautiful text from Mom with a photo of the flowers, so pleased we had remembered this special day. The flowers were beautiful, and so appreciated. Awesome service and quality product. read more

Bear's Garden Florist - Didn't specify the flowers, just told them I wanted something cheery. She mentioned stargazer lily and I said love those! - Florists Near Me - Sonora, California

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary to be delivered to my place of work. Not only were they not delivered the day they were scheduled to be but my husband was not contacted to be aware of delay or lack of delivery. He was under the impression I received them and I was under the impression he forgot our anniversary! My husband reached out the day after to see what could be done and they said "next time you buy flowers remind us and we will make it up to you" incredibly rude and unprofessional to not deliver on time. It ruined our day. read more

Never in my entire life have I been treated with more disrespect and been met with such a lack of professionalism. When trying to order an arrangement for a friend to pick up, I was spoken to with rudeness and attitude you would expect from a child. I was hung up on twice. I was called to be told that the store was closing and my friend better get over there to pick them up, and called "indignant" and told never to call again.
