I just called and was explaining to Fred (The shit owner) about the problems i was having with my computer. he was getting mad at me cause he was asking me to look for a part and see if it was working, i explained to him i know nothing about computers and are not sure what part he is talking about and asked if i could just bring it in. At this point he starts huffing and puffing and tells me i need to tell him whether the part is broken or not first.. i kept trying to explain to him i DONT know where the part you are talking about is located to even look at it. At the end of this phone call he loudly yelled FUCK YOU into the phone and hung up... NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I REFER ANYONE OR EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A SINGLE PERSON!!! Fred has been maintaining, and repairing my equipment for more than five years. I would recommend him without hesitation. He has saved me from spending needless money on repairs that would have cost more than purchasing new equipment. He has repaired older equipment that enables me to save huge amounts of money on toner which he sells at a bargain price. read more

Took my 5-yr-old HP desktop computer there last Saturday when it wouldn't power on. Shop owner diagnosed problem, replaced faulty parts and got computer back to me the same day! Total cost was $90. It was cheaper and way faster than all other computer repair shops we've used. We will take all our computers there from now on. read more

The owner is gives excellent service and does a quick job on anything I've given him. He is honest about what he can do from cartridges to repairing computers and printers. He suggests the best and cheapest ways to get what I need done. He seems to know everything about computers and loves to share his knowledge. read more

I came in to make an Amazon return. There was a guy at the counter in front of me who was having some sort of issue. 2 employees were behind the counter, yet I stood there for eons waiting to be helped. The customer clogging up the line walked away for at least 7-8 mins. The cashier could have easily held up his transaction while he was in the store searching for whatever, but did she? Nope. I had my first and worst experience with this store on 4/22/25 at the Lawrenceville Hwy location in…read moreGA. I brought in my fully functioning iPhone SE 2nd Gen with just a cracked screen. I was quoted about $110 for the repair and told everything would be fine unless I did high-quality photography. Their website even promises peace of mind and says devices are returned "back to normal." When I picked up my phone, I saw the speaker plug at the top was missing--something that was 100% there when I dropped it off. I mentioned it, and the girl at the help desk claimed it wasn't there. Being lied to like that was infuriating. The new screen also had a strong orange tint. I was told this was likely due to a low-quality screen--not Apple-certified. I was never told there were different screen types or options to choose from. I asked for the manager, Eddie. He claimed the missing plug wasn't important. That's false--it helps with waterproofing. I regularly shower with my phone, and without that plug, water and soap could ruin it. If I hadn't noticed, my phone could've been destroyed. The store claims to catch issues other places miss, but they didn't even acknowledge losing a part. Eddie offered to replace the plug and swap in another aftermarket screen, but not a real Apple one. If the orange tint remained, I'd have to pay another $100 for a genuine screen. I would've just bought a new phone if I knew that. I contacted corporate, but the owner refused to do anything. An employee even submitted a photo of my phone (after they lost the plug) claiming it was already missing! The entire experience felt shady. The cashier repeatedly asked for my passcode, which I refused to give. I even saw them ask for other customers' iCloud passwords out loud--total security risk. They gave me a screen protector that didn't fit my model and acted like that made up for everything. This was hands down the most unprofessional, frustrating service I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to a genuine Apple or Samsung store to get a device fixed and you will pay a little more, but you will have assurance and peace of mind that you will not be cheated and it will be fixed properly.

oh, the owner finally has a yelp site! and he told me he just got it up a couple days ago. i visited this shop yesterday, my third visit within 6 months, and it still has not changed much other than them having moved from 195 to 127 - a couple suites left. i am a student and studying writing and graphics design and we write and print alot of materials. i ran out of ink yesterday and was desperate to finish my assignment. all 3 visits were great. prices remained the same - one of the lowest you'll find anywhere - and alot to choose from, even brands i've never heard of before. i even brought one of my old computers to be recycled off by fred. you know it costs money to recycle junk now? fred does it for free. i bought a couple epson cartridges and am very happy with his service, always smiling and eager to please you. his cartridges have never failed me and the colors are always pretty. he also gives me student discounts so if you're a student bring your ID card! read more
