1. As shown in the photos, the trim pieces were reinstalled poorly. There are obvious alignment issues. The panel doesn't sit flush, and there's a visible gap in the trim. 2. When removing the old window, they also damaged the paint underneath the quarter panel. I couldn't get a photo because the damage is beneath the glass, but I saw it during the replacement. 3. They blamed "after-market tolerances," but that's like faulting a Lego brick when you didn't press it down. Properly set glass should sit flush (no daylight, no fingernail gap). No apology; just excuse.

I hired them to replace my windshield. Very fast service and responses. Competitive pricing. They finished the job faster than they said. They left a little bit of mess at the end but I don't think it's worth docking a star because of it. They put everything (ie Fastrak, oil change mileage, etc.) back on my new windshield. My rear windshield shattered during a freak accident and I was stressing over finding a good place to get it fixed. Save was the first place to get back to me with an unbeatable quote. Save Autoglass quoted the lowest price, but after completing the service, insisted on cash payment and were really pushy about it. They wanted me to go to the ATM and get cash instead of processing my credit card. After some discussions, they finally agreed to use my credit card. The other issue was they added a random, but exactly $20 "tax" which would have made the bill more expensive than the two other quotes I received from Yelp. After I asked Google whether auto service work gets taxed in California, I questioned and challenged the "tax", so they dropped it but not without additional arguments. Honestly, if they were upfront and honest and given me a higher quote, to begin with, I would have saved some hassle with another vendor. read more

I reached out to AutoGlass because of the reviews. Disappointed! After I listed I need a "crack repair, less than 1", on my car windshield, he responded with he needs my VIN number. I responded, you don't need my VIN to repair a crack. He responded with " we can only repair cracks less than 1". haha! I responded with I clearly stated the crack is less than an 1", in my initial email request! He responded with a much higher quote...I must travel across the bridge to Hayward and implied I must call to find out more information before I can schedule a service appointment. Really! This is already costing me a whole lot of my time and he wants me to call and waste more of my time before I can set an appointment?! No, I don't think so. I responded to another yelper and he gave me a quote, on his first email response, and is scheduled to come to "me", tomorrow morning to repair the crack...Done! Yes! I rarely write reviews but my experience with Save Auto Glass was second to none. I asked for a quote through Yelp for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with Eyesight. My mother's Toyota Corolla had 2 large cracks in the windshield. Save Autoglass to the rescue! They responded quickly to the request for a quote I put in. Lowest price out of all the other services that responded. When I arrived, they got right to work and I was happily on my way in about half an hour. A rock hit my windshield and i wasnt able to call to get it repaired until after work and Omar saved the day! Made the call at 6PM and he came over the following day at 10AM, within the time frame he specified. He finished the job in a little over an hour, and did a wonderful job to boot. It cost $345 to repair my VW windshield with a rain sensor, when other people in the area were quoting me double and would have had to place an order for the windshield. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. Haven't dealt with a cracked windshield in decades so I didn't know who to call. One well-known company quoted me $450.00. I started to call my insurance company to help pay for that, when I saw SAVE AUTOGLASS in Yelp. Nothing but 5-star ratings so I contacted them. Save Autoglass came out to my house and replaced the front windshield of our Honda Odyssey and it was done by Omar in about 1 hour. Car was broken into. Driver's door window smashed. First 2 quotes from larger companies were 2x what Save quoted. Put car in garage, made an appointment for them to come over next day and bang glass fixed for again half what over companies were going to charge as well as days faster. I would recommend. Good guys too. read more

My windshield has cracks and I emailed Omar. He came the next day and replaced the windshield. Windshield was fixed in less than an hour. I recommend going to Save Autoglass and contacting Omar if you guys need your windshield replace. They are awesome. read more
