Overall, they want to make things right and they got the job done fast. Job: Smashed driver window from break-in. Pro: -Price was well below that of other quotes, and there was a cash discount. -Fast yelp quote provided by Ana. -Mobile service: they come to you, no extra charge. -Came back to fix the first ill-fitting replacement. -Roughly fast 1 hour replacements. -Vacuumed shattered glass. -Responsive through call/text. -Small business with lifetime labor guarantee. -Same-day service for our smashed window. Con: -First window replacement attempt was no good as it didn't fit well and didn't have a tint. Omar came back the next day with the perfect window. Tips: -Don't expect fluff from the service. Straightforward people here to do their job. Don't let that deter you. -Send detailed explanation/pics of the work you need done. -Don't expect OEM parts. -Request a receipt. -He came about 30 minutes earlier than I had scheduled. read more

They don't work with insurance and don't provide good service. Rude and disrespectful on the phone, like they don't care or need you. Glad there are plenty of alternatives that do the exact same thing with much better service. read more

I hired them to replace my windshield. Very fast service and responses. Competitive pricing. They finished the job faster than they said. They left a little bit of mess at the end but I don't think it's worth docking a star because of it. They put everything (ie Fastrak, oil change mileage, etc.) back on my new windshield. Highly recommend and will use their service again. read more

Had a huge crack in my windshield...not even sure it can still be considered a crack at this point. Anyway, I called Omar in the morning and he said he could come to me or I could meet him. A few hours later, I had a new windshield. He offered the best price of the places I called. I gave him cash and included a tip. He confirmed that I'd given him too much, so I appreciate the honesty. read more

Omar was very responsive to my quote request and flexible in scheduling a time for him to replace my windshield at my residence. His service was reasonably priced for the area and he did a great job replacing my windshield. I would recommend this business! read more

Save Autoglass quoted the lowest price, but after completing the service, insisted on cash payment and were really pushy about it. They wanted me to go to the ATM and get cash instead of processing my credit card. After some discussions, they finally agreed to use my credit card. The other issue was they added a random, but exactly $20 "tax" which would have made the bill more expensive than the two other quotes I received from Yelp. After I asked Google whether auto service work gets taxed in California, I questioned and challenged the "tax", so they dropped it but not without additional arguments. Honestly, if they were upfront and honest and given me a higher quote, to begin with, I would have saved some hassle with another vendor. read more

The guys just left my house! They did an amazing job! I have a rain sensor and was a little worried because of the old saying you get what time pay for! Not only did they give me the best price but they were professional, wore masks, finished the job fairly fast and everything was cleaned up! My neighbor was also impressed and got a quote on their vehicle after they finished my vehicle! I highly recommend this company. read more

My windshield got a crack from car wash got a quote from the big auto glass service provider is way overpriced. So I started to look for local autoglass business. Got a quote from Save Autoglass and scheduled a same day appt within 15 mins. Not only they are very responsive and their price is very affordable (compares to the big auto glass service). Highly recommend!! Glad to support local business. read more

They replaced my window quickly and for a good price! Omar and Roger were super helpful and professional.

I reached out to AutoGlass because of the reviews. Disappointed! After I listed I need a "crack repair, less than 1", on my car windshield, he responded with he needs my VIN number. I responded, you don't need my VIN to repair a crack. He responded with " we can only repair cracks less than 1". haha! I responded with I clearly stated the crack is less than an 1", in my initial email request! He responded with a much higher quote...I must travel across the bridge to Hayward and implied I must call to find out more information before I can schedule a service appointment. Really! This is already costing me a whole lot of my time and he wants me to call and waste more of my time before I can set an appointment?! No, I don't think so. I responded to another yelper and he gave me a quote, on his first email response, and is scheduled to come to "me", tomorrow morning to repair the crack...Done! Yes! This is how business is done! read more

My rear windshield shattered during a freak accident and I was stressing over finding a good place to get it fixed. Save was the first place to get back to me with an unbeatable quote. So responsive, I heard back from them in like 10 minutes. They could've easily done same day but because of my schedule I had to wait to get it done. They were so accommodating and very friendly! Schedule an appointment for 9am and it took them less than an hour. Cash preferred but they take card as well. So grateful for their great service, you're in good hands with these guys! read more

I rarely write reviews but my experience with Save Auto Glass was second to none. I asked for a quote through Yelp for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with Eyesight. Within minutes they were able to provide how much it would cost (much cheaper than other quotes I received and half the price from the Subaru dealer) and were able to have my wind shield replaced within an hour through their mobile service.
