We've had the worst run of luck recently, within the past two months our car windows got smashed twice (first the rear drivers side and then the front passenger side). Both times Save Autoglass went above and beyond to take care of us. They were super communicative (both times reaching out within minutes to set a date) and came either next day (when we had put in the request the night before) and within hours. They took less than an hour to fix our window both times. Well this is gonna be a interesting review. It's a weekend and my car window gets smashed and I'm trying to find a glass company that can fix it. After a hour of looking at many places and reviews I decided to choose this one. With 60+ 5 Stars rating and a legit and trustworthy website I messaged this company with my automobiles information. After a hour I get a response that they can do a mobile fix for a reasonable rate. Here comes Monday and they are here. I asked specifically if the window is the right one and the tech (Oscar) who I find out is the owner clarifies it is. I, as a consumer don't know and basically trust this company or guy that it is. After a hour he calls me and says the car is ready. I meet him and do a check to see how it was. Not the greatest of work but it was done. Then he (Oscar) informs me that the trunk door, in my car, it's a automatic power lift gate is not working after the replacement of the window. I said what do you mean? It was working when I left and now after you replace the window it's not working? He then says it must be glass shards from the break-in that could be jammed in the lock and should be lose after driving or just call a locksmith to check it out. Since I was at work and had no time to deal with this. I paid the guy and went back to work. Next day I take the car to the dealer to see what's wrong. Come to find out that the glass is a special glass that comes with sensors for the automatic lift gate to work and this company failed to replace or fix it with the correct item. So long story short, the glass company fixed my window with a incorrect item. I don't know about most people out here but when you are a business and specialize in replacing windows for a trade, you should be knowledgeable with what you are working with. I specifically mentioned I have a power lift gate and he says he has the part. After a day of dealing with the insurance and body shop and now left with repair estimate of $1100 I am left to try to try to get a refund for the defective goods serviced for my car. After contacting the business, Oscar himself denies any wrong doing or defective items. And after explaining many times he still says he put in the correct piece. I said I have your glass and I need to return it for a refund but he can't do that. This business is not a legit business. It's a self employed person who does business that is not professional. Heck I should've checked if he had a license to operate as he clearly mentioned that he does not work with insurances. I should've done a more extensive look into the business but I guess that's the mistake I did. DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR A REPAIR UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE THAT CHANCE. Ive never had to write any review but im extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability this shop has after using their services. I had my hood fly up and smash my windshield and this shop was nearby, had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. Some context, my hood was off and there was VERY LIGHT RAIN and my car sat in this rain for a minimum of 5 minutes before being pulled into the shop they work out of and my car was working and fine. Upon pick up Omar let me know that after installing the new windshield my car no longer turned on and he handed back my key that was slightly cracked open i took note of this but was more worried about getting my car back home than that. Omar and his associates tried to say maybe the rain had caused a short somewhere but again my car was fine before and was in their shop the entire time so how that could have happened is beyond me. Instead of calling a tow truck I decided to listen to my gut and called a lock smith who confirmed the key transponder was no longer inside my key so it must have fallen out while in the shops possession. So due to their negligence Im out another $380 for a key that they broke and tried pass it off as my issue with having no hood and after contacting them TWICE about this they have ignored me completely. It's super unprofessional and really a bummer cause their work seems good on the windshield, but they have taken zero accountability for causing this secondary issue and left me paying for a service I shouldn't have needed. My windshield got a 1 inch star crack with a 3"long crack through the middle of it. I first got ahold of Safelite, who told me they could repair it because it was under 6 inches, they gave me a window of time from 8AM to 1PM when they would be there. When these guy got there he took one look at it and said it was too big to repair and the window would have to be replaced, at a cost of $500 BEFORE TAX. I said no thank you, ensured that I got the money I'd already paid back and got ahold of these wonderful people. They gave me a window of time from 2-4pm, showed up right about 2pm and replaced my window with an exact match. Very professional, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up the window and site when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Prob more like 4.5stars, but just can't give them the full 5. I used yelp to message this place for a quote on a broken side window for my father in laws car. Well it was initially another shop, but yelp gives you the opportunity to click a few other nearby businesses, so why not. This shop promptly replied, as did one or two others. But there were more that took a long time than replied quickly. Score 1 for this place. After a few back and forths, it was close to thanksgiving, so I didn't reply back for a few days. After thanksgiving, I message this shop again. And they say to call in. The person that answers was likely someone else, as they quoted me a different price. Not entirely their fault. The person that replied to the message quoted for one window, the person on the phone quoted the correct one. I message back to ask about the discrepancy. They reply and apologize for the confusion with a better price; but it was still higher than the original. I reply back if we can meet in the middle. They agree. I coordinated for my FIL, and the shop came out as promised at the agreed upon time, did a solid job and the FIL couldn't be happier. FWIW: this place wasn't the cheapest, but close to it. There were other shops that were significantly more expensive. Then there were a couple including this one that were pretty close in price. I went with these guys because of the prompt responses. I would, and have recommended this place. My only comment would be for the person that answers the phone to know and the previous conversations over yelp. read more

AVOID. Absolutely horrendous job of repairing a small less than a cent crack which i had over a year. The crack is not protected, glued just in the middle. Now i am left with a glass which cant be fix anymore. They didnt clean the window of dust prior to repair thus allow dust to stay in the cracks. Moreover, used the cigarette lighter from inside the car to get the air out which was unprofessional at min. Now they want to give a discount in case if i replace the glass.
