For a moment, I thought this could be the new XS Cargo--a Canadian discount chain that closed down several years ago and I have longed for the return of. I was aware that many Amazon products that are returned get sold to liquidators, so I entered the store with expectations of pretty competitive pricing. What I found was a pretty broad collection of cheaper-quality products at, what seemed like retail or near-retail prices. In spite of signage assuring me otherwise, the discounts that I saw just quite didn't rationalize the purchase price for me. After all, some of these products may even be defective Amazon returns and the savings just weren't substantial enough to take that risk. While the products may indeed be acquired through a liquidation sale, or Amazon palette auction model, the price that consumers like me see doesn't quite reflect that. It feels like someone's making a handsome markup here.

When my daughter asked if they were hiring her response was, "You're not who we're interested in." If that wasn't bad enough, the look and her body language was unnecessary and disgusting. When trying to browse purses, there were bags all over the floor as well as the tissue paper scattered. The clothes section didn't real me in at all. It looked as unorganized as going to a thrift store. I never thought these words would even cross my mind, but I will never go back to this location. Obviously I need to update that picture with one when they're actually open, because when they are open it's crazy busy. Nevertheless, there she is in all her glory. Open every Sunday from 9-5pm, the hours of a true Flea Market, and boasting an admission price of only $0.25 I believe. You too can partake in the adventure of a lifetime. This place has it all, and none of that dollar store crap. I've found so many amazing deals here that I actually have to restrain myself from going every week. They usually even have local farmers selling produce outside. There are 3 giants rooms filled with booth after booth and you can easily kill a few hours here. Take your time and look carefully, there's a lot of junk in there and you really have to scan through everything to find the gold. They also have a small restaurant, which doesn't really have much that I can eat other then fries, but it's there if you need it. One quick tip: If you drive around to the back of the building, you should be able to find a decent parking place because no one seems to think there's parking back there, along with a separate entrance.

I went on a weekday around lunch time and it was basically dead in the mall and definitely in the food court. I did see lots of empty storefronts as well, which seems to be a sign of the time for malls these days. The mall was very clean, very modern/up-to-date with the décor and a offered a comfortable, safe shopping experience. If you're in the area and need a mall to shop at, this would be the place and they would probably have what you're seeking.

This has been true well before Covid. Either way I don't mind. I go on days when I have time. My issue is the staff is always quite short and rude. Very rarely is anyone pleasant. I'm not saying bow at my feet when I walk in but reciprocating a greeting and eye contact when being asked a question goes a long way. I ordered 136 vases and candle holders online for my wedding. I went to pick it up and the cashier was clearly annoyed as she was the only one available. I had no problem waiting. I understand the pressure to get the line down when you're the only one cashing people out. After a short wait another employee came up and was directed to get my order. She went to the back and brought it right up. Now having bought mass quantities before I know I have to present t ID and sign. The cashier was still busy and said I didn't have to sign. Ok, fine. I took the shopping cart and told them I would return it. I unloaded and brought it back in the store. When I came back in. I offered to sign the paper and make sure it was set because I didn't want anyone to get in trouble. The same cashier seemed beyond frustrated with me at that point. So much for doing the right thing huh? Exasperated she said "It's fine if you're fine with it". It was the delivery for sure. I nodded and just walked away. As I walked into the store the phone was ringing as very young cashier answered it, just then the (i won't put her name) ASM came from the aisle and loudly said "they are not supposed to answer that" In a very rude tone, another worker said "yes they are" her reply "well not when I'm up here". Her comments were so uncalled for she was clearly trying to show off her title as the ASM. Mind you the cashier was a very young lady most likely a seasonal worker. Ive been a SM in a retail setting for many years and this ASM needs better training and learn how to properly speak to her associates when in front of customers and co worker.
