Amazing service and food! The desserts were amazing, especially the eclairs, and the waitress was very kind.

I am a Wegmans guy through and through. I don't really do a lot of shopping at many other stores…read morebecause Wegmans has everything. Fresh produce, plenty of options on the shelves, and so many fresh options for meat, seafood, and bakery items. Literally one of the best places in the nation. You walk into a grocery store like this and you feel underdressed. Not that you have to dress up but this feels like an upscale market. The Buffalo folks will roll out outta bed and come here no problem. Bring an out of towner and they will think you're treating them to a full on experience. This trip, I grabbed some essentials, and then decided to hit the Prepared Foods area for some lunch. I ended up getting a chicken finger sub from the sub shop, and a slice of strawberry shortcake. Subs from Wegmans are among the best you can get from a grocery store and in general. The strawberry shortcake is always good here and I love when they have it in the summer months. Overall, do you want the best grocery shopping experience? Come to Wegmans. You won't look at another grocery store the same again.

Their bakery is great for ordering sheet cakes. Do it all online or go into the store and someone…read morein the catering section will walk you through the process. We ordered the largest size with marble cake, half with vanilla pudding filling, half with chocolate pudding filling, and a whipped cream frosting. So delicious, and I'm not even a cake lover. We enjoyed the light, less sweet flavor of the frosting and the cake itself was very moist. Just remember to keep the cake refrigerated because the whipped cream will melt. Also, the cake decorators can't steer too far away from the standard writing and frosting roses, but they were so kind to help us find something that was simple and fit our needs. They ended up writing the names in a rainbow format. So sweet and the girls loved it. We will continue to use Wegmans for sheet cakes because of the great taste and decent price.

This store is definitely a throw-back to my 80s youth, including a candy aisle with 25-cent boxes of Lemonheads, Red Hots, Boston Baked Beans, and more. It was early, so coffee was a must. The hot coffee here is drip-coffee prepared one pot at a time. My cup from the full pot that was sitting there was just okay, but for $1.25 for a large, can't complain. We purchased my coffee, three cold drinks, and a variety of seven or eight snacks (chips, cookies, nuts, a Cliff Bar, etc.) for about $23. Not too bad in this day and age. The cashier who checked us out was very friendly. Checking out, she hand-typed in each item into an throw-back cash register, with the chunky keys that make that satisfying chunky-key-plunk-sound. And then when I paid with my card, the old-school credit card machine came complete with that old-school dial-up screechy sound to process the payment. For a place to grab reasonably priced convenient store drinks and snacks, this Convenient Food Mart was a good, and nostalgic experience for me! :-)

There was a man asking for help at the deli, I waited for him to finish in the line. The woman tells me to come to the counter. So I do, there's a 10 dollars minimum for card so I quickly start looking for other things to add. She looks at me and goes honey I don't have all day I have to help that man. It took me 10-15 seconds to grab a candy bar. I put it on the counter she then adds in the mans food onto my order. I said no we're not together. She goes you put this soda here, I said no I put the juices and the candy bar here. She goes I thought this would be quicker and takes my card acting like for some reason I was the rude one. Go to a delta sonic at least the employees are nicer.
