On Tuesday, March 11th around 4pm my daughter politely went in this location to ask for an application. The sales associate (didn't have a name tag), was incredibly rude. When my daughter asked if they were hiring her response was, "You're not who we're interested in." If that wasn't bad enough, the look and her body language was unnecessary and disgusting. Whoever you are (and I hope she's this), you should be ashamed of yourself. And so should five below for having such a nasty employee. Can't say enough about Five and Below! My kids and I absolutely love this place. Here everything is just like the name, $5 and below. Well just about everything lol, they have a few items that's a little more than that but most items are. They have everything from books, toys, games, crafts, phone supplies, decor, clothing, hair products and accessories, drinks, candy, I mean the list goes on. For last minute grabs this is my favorite place! How can you beat $5 or less! The staff is also quick to welcome you and are very friendly at check out. I just love the deals and a lot of the things I buy here are of decent quality. You can definitely find some bargains at 5 Below. It had easy access in and out, it's part of a plaza with a large parking lot. My favorite thing is the t-shirt selection. At $5 each you can get some cool, retro looking T's for a great price. The display makes it easy to see all the choices. They have a good selection without being overwhelming of many things like books, toys, clothing.....even snack foods. Some things are even under $5. I think the price is perfect for the things they sell. The employees are helpful and the self checkout is a great idea....it gives the employees more time to straighten the T-shirts instead of standing at registers. I like that they offer hand sanitizer on your way in or out and while I was there I saw employees wiping down surfaces being diligent on COVID-19 safety practices. 5 Below is a fun store to browse and I bet you find something you just have to have....for $5 or less....it's a deal! read more

Everything between 1-5 dollars. So that's kind of cool. Its all sort fo cheap junk, but sometimes that's perfect. Especially around the holidays like Easter and Halloween. They stock up early and have TONS to choose from. You can also pick up pens and random other things for under $5. This store seemed large to me, but perhaps that's because they have 1000 different things to show you and entice you with. Maybe more. Shelves full and being refilled as you visit. read more

This store is a trip. It reminds me of the junk shops you find in beach towns, like Myrtle Beach. Bric-a-brac extraordinaire. A kid's dream! Everything in the store is between $1 and $5 in cost. My mom bought this cute glitter pumpkin that lights up for $5. We saw a very similar one in another store shortly after for $16! So, good deal! I got my little dog a small soccer ball for $5. A good price considering they are at least $10 elsewhere. She loves to kick the ball around and then destroy it. She's a terrier, after all. Sure enough the soccer ball was destroyed after about 60 seconds of play. Ooof. I hoped it would last a bit longer but for $5, that's not too bad... Anyway, this place is worth scoping out. I LOVE 5 Below. However, I HATE this location. Which is why this review gets two stars. Mainly because of the corporate name. Generally, 5 Below is awesome. Great deals. Chachki items. Fun stuff for all seasons but the Niagara Falls location cannot seem to get it together. Today was not my first visit to this location but it will be my last. Things are always out of stocked (empty shelves), the store is dirty, and the staff are miserable. I don't know how long a store like that can stay in business. One could argue that because of the proximity to the Falls, it is very busy at this location so that's perhaps why there are problems. My response would be that I've been to other 5 Below locations with much more traffic and a larger surrounding population, that are spotless, employees are pleasant and shelves are stocked. I won't be visiting this location again. It is seriously worth the drive to Batavia or even Rochester to go to their 5 Below locations instead. At least I know I'm valued as a customer there and I'll get what I need. No idea who scouted the NF location. There are far better locations for this shop (i.e. on the Boulevard in Amherst or on Transit in Clarence) and maybe at those locations, those in charge would actually care how the store was stocked and run. Until then, I'll go elsewhere. read more

Wow, what a great find! This store is like Dollar Tree, but instead of everything being $1, everything is $5 and under, so there is a larger selection of items to choose from. We visited in October, so there was a big section full of costume items, party supplies, decorations, and candy. This store has several "departments": seasonal items, makeup, clothing, bedroom-y stuff, toys & games & fun stuff, office supplies, and candy. I may have missed one but you get the idea- there is so much to look at! This store is new and clean, easy to shop through, and the cashier was polite and friendly. My biggest score this shopping trip was a Glow Pet (a Pillow Pet with LED lights in it). These are normally $15-$20. I got it at this store for $5. The deals are incredible here! If you're looking to shop and don't want to spend a ton of money, you can get so much here for such a low price. It's a great place to pop in and browse or find gifts for anyone and any occasion. I wish there was a Five Below closer to me, but until that happens, I'm still willing to drive the 25 minutes into Niagara Falls to come here! read more

Five Below in general is a place I enjoy visiting. And uncharacteristically of myself, I am actually unsure of why I like it and keep going back. I stopped at this location in the Niagara Falls Shopping Center when I was in the area on vacation and forgot my iPhone charger. Since everything is only $1-$5, I find that there seriously isn't anywhere cheaper to buy one than here (and they have 3ft or 6ft ones!). Of course though, I picked up some candy, snacks, and a few other things while I was here. In general, Five Below is sort of a place that if you go to it once, you don't need to for a few more years, but lately, they have really been 'upping' their game and adding new stock constantly (I guess that's a decent idea for getting people to keep coming back again!). Employees were friendly, stock was wide, and the organization and cleanliness here was great (it should have been... this store is brand new!). And the store was bright and inviting like all the others. 5 stars. Perfect discount store! read more

I really enjoyed this store. Funky little knick knacks and stuff at dirt cheap prices. However, buyer beware. I recently purchased a five dollar iphone 5 charger cord only from this shop. The cord must have been defective because I got shocked several times in a row and the cord actually shorted out the wall plug (I was using an iPhone brand cube wall plug) I thought the cord was broken but upon further inspection realized it was the cord that ruined the wall plug. Unfortunately I realized this when I used a second wall plug (Apple brand) when the same thing happened. So now I'm out two wall plugs. I'm pretty annoyed because I was trying to save money by purchasing this cord and now I have to replace cord and wall plug. You get what you pay for. Buyer beware. What seems like a deal could really be a bit of a shock.... I have updated this because someone contacted me from the company! read more

I thought this was going to be a cool ski shop filled with winter gear and stuff, but it wasn't. Five dollars and below....not five degrees below. This is a dream store.....for a twelve year old girl or boy. Upon entering you get an overwhelming aroma that I can only describe as a mix of cheap teenage body spray and scented crayons. I'm telling you, it's an odd smell and it's overpowering. I've got to say, this store is very clean and very organized. There is nothing out of place on the shelves, nothing on the floors cluttering the aisles, everything has it's place. They have a bit of everything. Aisles filled with room decor costing $5 or less, again only appropriate for a twelve year old girl, nothing of interest to me. They have t-shirts, socks, leggings, cell phone covers, candy for a buck, sporting games like toy footballs and frisbees, party bags, toys, apple iPhone chargers, art supplies and more random stuff. If I was a Mom with a kid going to a birthday party, this is exactly where I would come to buy gifts for my kids friends. They have perfect gift giving stuff that is cheap. Until that happens however, I have no desire to re-enter the teen zone. read more

Beware, in this store basically everything is five dollars and not much is less than that and that adds up very quickly. There is a quirky selection of t-shirts that are usually a soft cottony fabric and very comfortable.
