My cousin took me there to get some of their fabulous Hungarian sausage that they make in the store. It's just like my Uncle Nicky Zauner used to make - lean, flavorful, smoky, delicious! We were there in October, and there was a beautiful fresh turkey in the case, as well. It was absolutely pristine, and if I hadn't had to drive all the way back to Louisiana, I'd have gotten it on the spot. BTW, the sausage is dried after it is smoked (it's not dry, though) and it keeps a very long time. I brought home ten pounds, and my family has nearly devoured the whole batch. I'm going to call and see if they will consider shipping me some more. It's extremely hard to find sausage that meets the standards some of us were lucky enough to grow up with. Eating my Uncle Nick's homemade sausage pretty much spoiled me for anything produced commercially. I'm so glad The Natural Link is keeping alive such a great Old Country tradition!

All hot sauce bottles have stickers that note the spiciness level 1-10 so you know what you're getting into. The prices are clearly marked which I also appreciate. There are plenty of options and flavors at all heat levels. I came here seeking chimichurri sauce (the one in my photo is really excellent) and left with a bag of hot sauces and spicy olives too. I have tried four of the sauces so far and discovered a new favorite that I now put on everything (kiwi jalapeno!). The person at the desk was friendly and helpful in talking about the different brands - very important, since the large wall of sauces can be a bit intimidating at first. The store is small and can feel crowded quickly if there are more than a few people there at a time. I felt comfortable taking my time and reading every bottle before deciding. There was easy street parking out front, then walk around the side of the building - the door is not super well marked but you'll see the sauces through the window when you are in front of it.
