While most antique places focus mainly on glassware, the Country Doc has a good variety of items. The owner is really nice and that is something I value when I browse antiques. The place may be a little crowded, but that means more items! The house is two stories. But if you go around to the back of the house, there is a room with more items. We have primitive, classic, neo, mid century, early american, good old American vintage and many periods represented at the shop. We have furniture, cabinets, shelves, and home decor and well as collectibles and kitschy finds!!! The new item gifts are different and affordable, just like the rest of the shoppe. This is a Co-op so there are many different styles and personalities in the shoppe, which makes it more interesting to have different tastes and styles represented there. This store has a little bit of everything - I was simply amazed! There are crafts from local artists , some not. If you're a sports fan and you want something to do with the Bills, holy moly - for the young, for the teen, for the mother and father , I mean I can't tell you how much is in here! The selection here is pretty great, superior to Green Earth, but inferior to Akashas Den in Oakville. However, the prices of certain crystals are way cheaper than I've found anywhere else. I'm still mad at myself for not picking up the Optical Calcite they have for 4"x2.5"x1" for $4 ($20 most places) They have some very unique crystals I've never heard of, so that was interesting and their jewelry is at a very good price. The two woman I met working at the store were extremely friendly and pretty knowledgable. Which is a big deal when it comes to crystals, you don't want someone giving you the wrong information just to make some money.
