Horrible customer service. Christmas just passed. My husband accidentally threw out his gift receipts from 2 separate gifts. We went in to ask if we could exchange them. We assumed they'd give us store credit without a receipt. Both items had their tags on. The store said they'd take the items back but take off 20% value for not having a receipt. They're getting their item back in perfect unused shape and want to take extra money from you for an accident? You can find better stores that will build better loyalty without ripping its customers off. read more

My parents and I have been loyal customers of this store for years (I'm reclining against a pillow from the store as I write this) and I always make a point to visit whenever I'm back in Buffalo, even though I now live in Las Vegas. This winter break, I found a gorgeous sequined Bills jacket (blue base, red sleeves) priced at $217. They were offering 25% off Bills gear at the time, but I wanted to think it over before making the purchase. Laux had the same with colors reversed for $115 but I prefer the jacket to be more of the blue than red. *The one pictured is the Laux one. Unfortunately, due to a flight issue, I wasn't able to return to the store as planned before leaving town. On January 2nd, I emailed the store explaining the situation and inquiring about having the jacket shipped. I received no response. I sent a follow-up email and again got no reply. I finally called the store to explain what happened and asked if they would honor the sale price since I had tried contacting them earlier. The woman said that they don't ship if it's not listed in the website, which is fair.I even mentioned I have a relative who could pick it up for me. The response? They wouldn't honor the sale price as the sale is over. I understand policies, but the lack of response to my emails and unwillingness to assist a repeat customer felt like poor customer service as I attempted to get in contact with them during the sale. I've always enjoyed shopping here, but this experience has left questioning if I will be back or recommend it to others. read more

I visited the new location of the BFLO Store during a large pre- Black Friday sale. ALL buffalo Bills clothing was 40% off. They have a huge selection of Bills gear. Besides the bills, they also sell items related to the other Buffalo sports team. The rest of the store is filled with 'everything' Buffalo. You want a calendar, a mug, a print, a book, etc etc? They have it here. It's fun wandering around the store checking out the assortment of items. Warning, this doesn't mean 'made in Buffalo', it's just Buffalo related. But still fun to see. This is the first time I've been to the new location and WOW, it is huge! There is so much here that I am not surprised that they moved. They have everything from Bills and Sabres gear, to home decor, and even some generic Buffalo clothing and items. You will find something here that fits your style and interests. We had to get the little guy some more Bills gear since he seems to be growing out of everything too quickly. That also meant I was going to get a few things too probably. It's hard not to in a store like this when you love Buffalo. The only downside is the price of some of the things seemed a little high. I know a lot of the items are good quality but when you ask for $80 for a standard sweatshirt, it makes you rethink how much you really need something. We would've bought more if prices were a little lower. We will be back though because we definitely need to try the cafe also connected to the store and will probably need more Bills gear too. read more

I had visited this store once before in its previous location, but had to check out the new one because I heard it was so much larger with more items. I heard right! I came here with an out-of-town friend who wanted to pick some gifts for family out of state. She was not disappointed! I was overwhelmed, and I live here! It's on the second floor so you can either take an elevator or three section of stairs to access it. I think it took over the space of a previous furniture store. You get to the main level and you see the items of Buffalo galore everywhere! It is so huge, I figured I would come back here to look for my own fun 716 stuff sometime on a lunch break because I didn't want to lose her! EVERYTHING you can imagine that could be "Buffalo-ized", it is! She had a checklist of items and ticked them all off. Bills playing cards, tumblers, tshirts, magnets and mugs. Cool store with a ton of Buffalo themed gifts and items. You could easily kill a few hours browsing all the fun things. The staff is very helpful and it's a very expansive space. While they have many items that are exclusives, you could easily find alternatives online but it's nice to see them in person. That being said the prices are inflated and I'd probably hold off purchasing in the store and maybe check other sources online. read more

Heads up, most of the merchandise here is made in China, so if you're looking for locally made Buffalo items, you'll want to visit other stores in the area. However, this is a beautiful new space with lots of Buffalo themed items. There's more here than at their previous location, including tumblers, books about Buffalo, clothing, home decor, some kitchen items, and official NFL clothing and merchandise. We came because we had a gift card, and got a pair of men's Bills slippers, and Fowlers chocolate. We were so excited to be visiting and was just in love with the store literally spent 2 hours shopping the people on the floor were so welcoming bc we are visiting from Ca. Everything was wonderful until we went to go check out. The cashier was friendly it was the manager Zaida that ruined our whole experience from the moment she came to the register she was rude not only to us but treated her employees awful. Felt horrible for the staff bc she was rude and downright nasty. Keep in mind we spent over $400 and she wouldn't let us buy a shirt bc it didn't have a tag. Thankfully my husband and I searched the store and found the tag that Zaida refused to help with. And was actually rude and angry when we found it. Shoutout to Barb for having a smile on her face even when Zaida was awful. We love this city but I guess there is always one bad apple. The jersey was purchased and still bought it just sad people have to behave the way she did. read more

More formal framed pictures of scenes around Buffalo, and wood carving artwork too. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Really put you in the Holiday mood, so cheery and bright. My daughter and I bought the cutest T-shirt for my brother who cannot travel home from out of state for the holidays. Unfortunately, so it goes with the terrible COVID-19 situation. At the very least, this butter lamb T-shirt will put a smile on his face! I'll have to ask him to wear it while we have a zoom call on Christmas! Wow! What can I say? The name accurately describes the merchandise in the store. Huge place with a ton of merchandise. It all has one thing in common it is Buffalo themed in one way or another. We stopped in while we were visiting the BFLO center and couldn't believe the amount and assortment of merchandise. They had everything from apparel, home decor of every kind, kitchen, Christmas, books, activities, outdoor and fashion accessories, bathing suits, a whole section dedicated to the Bills and Sabres and more! There was an item in every style to fit different tastes and home aesthetics. I was pleasantly surprised that the items were tastefully designed as well. Nothing looked like a tacky tourist t shirt. I'd say the prices were a little on the higher end but that is what you pay for novelty items that aren't being mass produced. A must stop for the Buffalo lover in your life! read more

I don't like the A-Flo or the C-Flo, but I certainly like the B-Flo. Basically every Buffalo gift that you could ever imagine (minor exaggeration, as opposed to a miner exaggeration which is when your buddy tells you he works in the deepest mine shaft in the universe by 10,000 miles), is available here and even though it's not cheap it's definitely really awesome that they have this in the mall and it's a fantastic addition to the mall. I come in here fairly often when I'm in this mall and will continue to do so and other than the high prices there are no real drawbacks as the selection is extensive and the items are top quality. And you should see my D-Flo. I accidentally wrote 2 reviews for this place so here's the other one. We're running out of cow meet. I should write a sign: Beef Low. This is the Eastern Hills location of this awesome local themed gift store. Bflo is a pretty awesome gift shop with all things Buffalo on sale, more than you can imagine. Basically has everything you can imagine from the Buffalo area. I'm a big fan of these stores and all of them have cool, innovative stock, and the only reason I don't usually give 5 stars are the prices. read more

This review is for the new Buffalo Store that just opened yesterday on 716 day in the former Sears store downstairs. They did a fantastic job on the exterior and interior...was curious to see the changes done and pleasantly surprised modern, everything is spread out and arranged by prints, Buffalo foods, apparel, they even had a little boat in the middle of the store, chicken wings for customers, beverage and other food at the start of the opening. Ended up purchasing a detailed Crystal Beach book for my mom, as she is a big fan of the amusement park when it was open.The store had a special when you purchased something over $20, you received $7.16 off... It will be interesting to see what is made out of the rest of the old Sears at Eastern Hills mall that will fit their new "lifestyle center"model for the future. After speaking with a few staff members, I was told part will be Churski Bakery, a brewery and did see a sign for a home decor store. Overall, great job to the all on the re design. read more

It is an adorable gift boutique where everything they sell is all about Buffalo!! Many of the items sold are made by local businesses and artisans. Buffalo art, pillows, cutting boards, glassware, clothing and they even had a butter lamb Xmas ornament. You got to live in Buffalo to understand that last gift item. Lol I purchased a buffalo notebook and pen(stocking stuffers) and a beautiful Buffalo Xmas ornament. The store is spacious, extremely neat, clean and beautifully designed with an upscale feel. I've heard my family talk about this shop many times, so while I'm back in town for a few days, I had to see it. What a delight! It's airy, modern and well organized. While my brother scouted for a hoodie, which he found, I cruised around. My suitcase is already full with many food items I can't get in Tampa, but I snagged a new key ring to replace an old one I've had for years. It's not exotic, but a perfect little keepsake. The variety of the merchandise was surprising. Everything from pajamas, ornaments, carved tables, artwork, t shirts, cups, socks, sweaters, caps and so much more. There are items for babies, children, adults and pets. The quality for the price was excellent. I'm going to plan to stop by to select something in future visits as well, and I'll know I have to save room in my suitcase, or ship them to my home. read more

Absolutely the best store in Eastern Hills Mall. I'd also say it's the best gift shop in East Amherst/Clarence area, and one of the best in Erie County. Any Buffalo-themed gift you can imagine is in this store. Last visit, I bought a Buffalo plaid pillow, a t-shirt, and some sponge candy. There are a lot of things in that store I'd really like for my own home, but these were gifts this time. My fiancée and I were in Buffalo for a memorial service and decided to visit this store before flying out. While my fiancée was checking out, I mentioned to Debbie, the woman working the register, that I'd like to grab something for myself but wouldn't take more than 10 minutes as it was already 5:45. I did this to be courteous, but she became very agitated and began telling me how she would like to close the register and go home, and didn't need me to hold up the works. Her tone was extremely rude, and if we were thinking faster, we would have returned our purchases on the spot. I understand working in retail is stressful, but this is not an appropriate way to treat customers when the store does not close for another 15 minutes. This was a terrible experience during a very difficult time for my family, and I cannot recommend that anyone shop at this store. read more
