This winter break, I found a gorgeous sequined Bills jacket (blue base, red sleeves) priced at $217. They were offering 25% off Bills gear at the time, but I wanted to think it over before making the purchase. Laux had the same with colors reversed for $115 but I prefer the jacket to be more of the blue than red. *The one pictured is the Laux one. Unfortunately, due to a flight issue, I wasn't able to return to the store as planned before leaving town. On January 2nd, I emailed the store explaining the situation and inquiring about having the jacket shipped. I received no response. I sent a follow-up email and again got no reply. I finally called the store to explain what happened and asked if they would honor the sale price since I had tried contacting them earlier. The woman said that they don't ship if it's not listed in the website, which is fair.I even mentioned I have a relative who could pick it up for me. The response? They wouldn't honor the sale price as the sale is over. I understand policies, but the lack of response to my emails and unwillingness to assist a repeat customer felt like poor customer service as I attempted to get in contact with them during the sale. I've always enjoyed shopping here, but this experience has left questioning if I will be back or recommend it to others.

I had shopped half of the store when I needed to use the restroom. I asked to use theirs but was told no. I asked again as it was an emergency, and was told I had to go up the street. I spent 1000s of dollars in your store and was told again to go up the street. (I'm almost 80 years old). My friend who also shops there frequently had a similar experience with rude staff and has decided to not shop there anymore. Emma was the staff member I consulted with. I'm disappointed and sad to report I won't be back.

This is a new women owned business and not just Jessica the women but Stella the dog (when her schedule allows) opened to enhance our community. What can I get there you ask? Well you can get a baby soft robe or a bag of malted milk peanut butter balls. Maybe a set of baby animal finger puppets or a dog blanket and toy Christmas gift set. How about a Buffalo sweatshirt or some fluffy slippers. Maybe some thermal tumblers or a s'mores Christmas tree ornament. Of course I simply couldn't resist getting a couple of things...... and I'm very certain you will have a very hard time resisting something calling your name too. I'm so excited to see what Jessica and Stella will be filling the store with after the holidays. The owner, Jen, is very friendly and welcoming and told me her name as soon as I walked in and conveyed that if there was anything I needed, to not hesitate to let her know. Also, Stella, is a dog. She greeted me when I walked in and I had a smile plastered on my face the entire time I was moving around the shop because she was so adorable and had bells around her collar. I purchased a llama ornament for myself, and a coaster with a snarky saying on it for my mom. Visit this shop ASAP because you will fall in love with the setting, the owner, and the dog, Stella. I can't wait to see how the store is decorated past Christmas. Right now, there are two stunning Christmas trees and it looks like a winter wonderland.

We'd never heard of this quaint little store, but we're so glad we took the time to come in. Here's why. When you first walk in, you see a lot of Christmas gifts and decorations. Don't let that fool you though, there's something for everyone here. The store is so nicely decorated that I almost said "awww." The owner was right there at the counter with another employee, chatting about the Bills game. She greeted us warmly as we started to look around. There were a lot of neat gifts, clothing, and accessories in the front, center, and back of the store. They even had some witchy items, which is right up my alley. Their sale section has a lot of really nice clothes in it. My cousin bought a jacket and dress, which made the owner take notice. She was wearing the same dress my cousin had bought! I got a moon phase candle and a pretty headband. See? There're a lot of different products here! The owner talked to us for a bit before we left and she was really sweet. I'd definitely come back here, especially since she stocks a lot of things made by local artisans. This shop is so cute and stylish at the same time. I was greeted by three friendly ladies who gave me several goodies including a coupon for 20% off any single item purchase. Upon browsing, I saw lots of cute unique items (all products are made by Buffalo small businesses, love keeping it local) but the Buffalo earrings really caught my eye! My free swag bag also came with a bath bomb, lip scrub, matcha tea candy, chocolate chip cookies and even a $10 off coupon to dinner at the nearby Eagle House. Based on the warm and friendly service I received and the quality products in this cute shop, It's five stars from me! Check it out!
