Great experience with Flowers by Johnny. I forgot to request tax exemption on my online order and called afterward--Scott the manager was super friendly and took care of it right away with no hesitation. He didn't make it feel like an inconvenience at all. Really appreciated the great customer service! read more

Flowers By Johnny - This is one of their arrangements I sent recently - Florists Near Me - Buffalo, New York

Flowers By Johnny on Delaware Ave in Kenmore is our "go to flower shop" for any occasion. My husband and I met with Tim back in January in 2018 to plan and go over options for our wedding flowers. Tim is a true artist not only with his flower designs but him floral paintings. Tim and his team did an awesome job with our wedding flowers and can work with any budget. It's worth the extra small fee for them to set up the floral arrangements at the wedding venue. They came on time and did an amazing job! The favors were beautiful succulent plants for each couple to take home. Tim went the extra mile to spray paint the terra cotta pots a metallic rose gold to match some of the wedding tones and added Spanish moss around the succulent. My husband Dan has ordered arrangements for other special occasions since our big day. Flowers By Johnny is a wonderful idea not only for Valentine's Day but for holidays, birthdays, or for "just because" flowers. Flowers By Johnny is a true gem in the village of Kenmore! read more

I have gone to flowers by Johnny for two of my fiancé's bridal showers. They made two gorgeous bouquets for me on short notice and were wonderful to do business with. The flowers lasted much longer than the typical grocery store flowers and I could customize each bouquet. I would say they were priced correctly. I would much rather support a local business than give more to a grocery store or a department store. If you want beautiful flowers for a special occasion, I would go there if you live in North Buffalo. read more

if leaving no stars was an option i totally would. A worker had told me to "Fuck off and go fuck herself" if i didn't like the flowers. Not only that but they sent FUNERAL flowers (that look just like weeds u can pull out of a backyard) to my sister for her 50th birthday. My grandfathers funeral flowers looked the exact same. Cassie was the name of the woman who had said those blatantly unprofessional things to me. I hope that excuse for a woman gets fired. UNACCEPTABLE!! read more

I ordered flowers online last night to be delivered to my sister at work today. They were quickly delivered to her the next day and they are beautiful!! They look almost identical to the picture of the bouquet I selected on the website. I ordered flowers for my elderly mom, who lives in an apartment. It was supposed to be a horizontal arrangement for a credenza but, instead, was a round arrangement, which did not look like the photo in an ad. (Plus filler mums vs lilies) When I called to ask for the correct arrangement to be delivered, he said she would have to carry the first arrangement downstairs, wait for the delivery guy and exchange the first arrangement. The fact that it was a gift for my 79 year old mom didn't seem to matter. Not a great customer experience! read more

If there was a rating of a 10, I would give Flowers by Johnny this rating. The arrangement for my cousin's funeral was outstanding. The flowers had to be sent to New Jersey and the staff was extremely patient and understanding of our needs. The suggestions they made were right on point. I received phone calls from my cousins who attended the funeral to let me know our flowers were absolutely beautiful and wanted the name of the florist. Flowers by Johnny keep up the great work that is being done by your staff. read more

Flowers by Johnny is my go to florist for all occasions. I am consistently met with the best customer service and most kind florists. Their arrangements are always beautifully curated, with the freshest flowers, and never fail to give the wow factor. Formally from Buffalo, now living in AZ, I had used Flowers By Johny several times in the past and had never been disappointed. When I needed a bouquet for a special thank you, of course, I thought of Flowers By Johny. Scott went over and above to help me. Not only did he deliver beautiful flowers but he also helped by picking up a restaurant gift card and delivered both! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Scott! Love this business for taking my order to send flowers to my sister as I was all the way in California. They were so patient with me during an emotional period and even helped me decide on the wording of the card. They didn't try to influence me on price or style but listened to my expectations and delivered it with style. Will call on them again! Kudos! read more

Good product & service but their spam emails are just obnoxious, even after you unsubscribe.

Was really disappointed. Ordered through my Teleflora account. Hot pink, bright yellow, and blue. Smallish arrangement for a desktop. What arrived was pastel pink, pastel yellow, lavender and white and not small. YIKES. Looked like the arrangement for a baby shower. Recipient loved it, of course. Who doesn't love flowers. And I understand the need to substitute when flowers are unavailable, but this was not a substitution. It was a completely different arrangement. I will be sure that my orders don't get sent through here again. read more

I am repeatedly beyond pleased with this florist! Since I do not live in the area anymore the purchase was made over the phone. They were extremely helpful in putting together an arrangement for my mother based on the color selections I was interested in. She offered multiple flower and color options within my price point, taking care also to exclude those I was not interested in. I was also given the option of stems (bouquet) only, as a vase was not necessary. This allowed for more stems to be included. The end product was absolutely stunning!! The flowers were fresh and the composition balanced. Additionally, it was delivered in a matter of hours. My mother absolutely loved it! Thank you Flowers by Johnny! Keep up the great work! Beautiful quality flowers with unusual designs. Always a pleasure to work with and receive !

the delivery service was comically horrible. the man was extremely rude from the get-go and kept calling me while i was at work because he couldnt figure out how to get into the apartment... but you're literally a flower delivery man do you not do this all of the time??? i should also not have to be inconvenienced because you can't figure out how to do your job. it was 12:30 pm on a monday, everyone knows majority of people are working. he said someone might have to come pick them up, i said no one will be picking them up because i paid for them to be delivered. i could tell he was an older man so i kept my patience and remained kind. he literally forced me to give him the recipients phone number or else he wasn't going to go back, because i had never been there before, which shouldn't of even mattered. it was supposed to be a SURPRISE! and i told him that and he didn't care whatsoever. even after the recipient finally received the flowers, she also told me he was even rude to her as well, just for receiving flowers! she also had to go downstairs and retrieve them from him. come to find out there's instructions on the call box in front of the door the entire time. just completely unprofessional and unnecessary. i even prepaid his tip which i obviously regret doing. the flowers were fine but all in all i will never be doing this again. not worth almost $100 read more

I found this florist online while looking to get an arrangement delivered to a friend who recently lost a loved one. I relied on the reviews and went forth with ordering flowers for same day delivery, and they arrived a few hours later. Though I did not see them in person, my friend was crying and expressing how beautiful they were. Ordering them online was so easy and a week and a half later, I heard the flowers are just starting to die. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent value. I worked with Tim directly on some centerpieces for a 90th birthday party. He was very attentive and responsive. He emailed me some pictures that I might be able to work with-which was extremely helpful because then you know what you might be getting. It was tough for me as I am from out of town to work in person (which is what I prefer to do) but Tim made it all easy and he was very trustworthy. He came through in the end and everyone was very impressed and happy with the final result. I absolutely recommend this place and to work with Tim directly. read more

I have to start this out by saying that I am not a big fan of flowers. I originally intended to not have any at my wedding, not even bouquets. It wasn't until I saw a floral arrangement from Flowers by Johnny that I even considered. They made it extremely easy on me, and the appointment was a breeze. I left with a certain level of trust that they wouldn't fail me on my wedding day. And did they ever deliver..my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely gorgeous. They were romantic, while also being modern, and not overdone. I cannot praise Flowers by Johnny enough for their exceptional work. read more
