What an adorable little shop with so many fun gift items! I stopped in to check it out since I was shopping at Daddy's Plants next door. There is a curated selection of books, puzzles, self-care items, gourmet food gifts, candles, stickers, jewelry, throw blankets, and tons more. Even if you aren't getting flowers, this place is well worth a visit. The staff was friendly. The parking lot is pretty small and I parked in the neighborhood across the street, but crossing was pretty easy. Prices feel on the higher side; quality also seems high so nothing felt unreasonable. I followed Wildroot Floral on social media for quite a while, despite living out of the area, so I was ecstatic when my mom and I saw Plant Daddy while driving down Niagara Street and I realized Wildroot Floral was SO close, of course I had to stop in! I really loved the boutique aspect of the location as well as some of the pots available for purchase. I was a little disappointed that there were not more premade floral arrangements available for sale or that we were not welcomed or asked if we needed help/what we were looking for. I would love to take a floral class if I am ever in town when they're offered - they seem to sell out quickly. Customer service seemed great and accommodating over the phone. They do beautiful work but not sure I liked the custom order that they sent to my friend. I believe their arrangements are made with fresh seasonal flowers but I'm not local so it was difficult to tell what they would send. It was a nice bouquet but maybe the value for what I paid didn't meet my expectations. I do think they can do beautiful arrangements so I did recommend them to other friends but perhaps I'd look around for others for next time. read more

I received this little bouquet in this gorgeous vase delivered on Thursday for my birthday and went into the shop on Saturday because I loved it so much and had to see what they offered. I picked up this adorable pot while I was there. You can get FTD type floral arrangements plenty of places, but this shop has beautiful, unique flowers. I assure you that if you get your loved one flowers here, they will be more memorable! If you're going into the shop in person, it's easy to miss on Niagara. Received flowers someone ordered for myself and my family from Wildroot Floral and they are gorgeous! The arrangement is so unique with so much thought put into each detail. The vase the arrangement came in is unique and compliments the arrangement beautifully. Their customer service is very efficient - they text the recipient to confirm when their arrangement has been dropped off, advising that it should be brought in within the hour but if that is not possible they're happy to pick it back up and deliver the next business day. It didn't look exactly the same as the photo BUT the florist is very, very clear that the bouquets are made with in season and available flowers, which I appreciate. Last week July 2020 I called this florist. I live in Mississippi, and was wanting to send a friend some flowers. The lady I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had googled other florists in the area and saw the reviews and work and fell in love. She was super kind, patient, and fun to work with. I felt like for the price I paid I got an amazing work of art. I also loved that she was very willing to work with the time I needed it to be delivered which changed last minute. Upon delivery I received a notification too. I have another friend who I look forward to sending flowers to soon and happy I have a florist in the area to now trust. Prices were very reasonable for that kind of thing comparing to national services, but mostly I was happy to support a local business instead of some chain. Was awesome that the package included other items from local shops (a candle and some macaroons). They were super responsive via email when comminicating about a change in delivery address. When I realized one of the items wasn't with the delivery they responded immediately and sent the driver back within 20 min of the original report of the missing item. Ordered some flowers from here this past Mother's Day. Oh actually today lol. So long story short, needed flowers last minute. Texted every flower shop around buffalo and all of them were sold out. Last minute yesterday, wild root came in for the save and said they had extra. I immediately jumped on it no questions asked and said I would take the arrangement. However... I feel a little not so good because they also messaged me on Instagram and told me a cheaper price then what I paid. Didn't know I was the same person. They did not offer a refund or store credit. But I get it. It's COVID and businesses are struggling. That's fine. They did apologize. Other than that, the delivery process was smooth and the arrangement was pretty. Kayla was perfectly helpful - I was crunched for time, and she got me taken care of right away. She had a beautiful, fresh selection of greenery and floral (blush stock, anemones, lisianthus, etc and tons of unique greenery!). She was flexible with delivery location, and was able to easily accommodate my interests. My friend receiving the flowers said they were gorgeous, and I promptly got a confirmation upon arrival!
