There was laundry soap spilled all over the floor and shelves and I let an associate know. Went back a week and a half later and it was still there. I once again mentioned it to an associate, which turned out to be one of the managers. Two weeks later, and yep, the half empty, opened bottle of Purex remains on the shelf, the same shelf covered in blue, dried up, flaking and hardened Purex, and some residue remains on the floor. Utterly disgusting place managed by either complacent and/or ignorant burned out folks!

The store now has a more modern look to it. There are always big sales here. Can get groceries here and household products. The furniture section is pretty big. Not top of the line but it looks newer and isn't that expensive. There is a lot of interior decor and outside decor. In the fall/winter they have a lot of Christmas stuff in here. The staff is friendly. I use the rewards card to get coupons and deals. Some days you get % off you're total bill. Just have to watch your emails.

Walmart is Walmart. Cheap prices. Has everything you need for groceries and any other house…read moresupplies, etc. Open 24 hours a day. This location was brand new in 2015. So it's semi new. It's always clean inside. The employees are always nice. It is always busy regardless of day of the week or time of day. Lines never seem to be backed out when checking out. I usually use the self check out lane unless I have too many items. Today I had to return an item I didn't need. Only had to wait 2 mins at customer service (usually the line in incredibly long) and then the cashier took the receipt and gave me cash back. Never have had an issue here. Sometimes customers are rude but it's Walmart so have to expect it. This location has a subway, vision center and arcade.

When I was inside today doing a doordash for the subway inside Walmart there was this young men who…read moreappeared to be on his break but he was in full uniform. I noticed he was sitting inside before I even got there not saying a thing to the subway worker. Then all of the sudden he got up and started cussing the subway worker out over a receipt. When she tried to explain why she couldn't he didnt listen and started snatching receipts of the counter. Then he told her he was gonna make a horrible review about her and he ended up making this poor worker cry. For a man to sit there in full uniform and cuss someone out infront of muiltple witnesses who felt so bad for the lady that they tried to comfort her is honestly disgusting to see. Especially when i work in fast food myself and i know how it feels to be yelled at for something i cant control. This man needs to be fired or something. Unfortunately i wasnt able to see his name since his back was to me but you have cameras. Figure this out that man should not be in custmer service if thats how he wants to act towards people over a receipt. Which brings me to another Walmart worker who was there and tried helping this young lady. Thank you for comforting her and trying to calm her down. She was a sweet old lady that seemed to be apart of collections or something. She had a bunch of random stuff thrown into a cart. Unfortunately that thought ended when we walked in the door. The saleswoman pretty much told us they no longer make such things, not just that they didn't carry them. When we said we'd look around anyways to see what else they might have she seemed to dismiss us. It was almost the opposite experience you can sometimes get where a salesperson follows you around the store. She didn't even acknowledge us when we were leaving. So on to the big chain stores where there were plenty of options. Didn't find exactly what were looking for but we know we have choices. If you ask me they've probably messed up again. Yelp, that is. The stock is still the same and the prices are still dirt cheap which is excellent. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a new place to find a shoe selection in Lockport. Online is one thing but you can't try them on online, but you can in here.

They also sell tools, have a clothing and shoe department where they sell things like jean's, work clothes, work boots, etc. They carry animal food & supplies for cats, dogs, birds, horses, poultry and a variety of livestock. At certain times of the year they fence off the center of the store and fill it with baby chicks. The rest of the store is full of farm supplies, garden & yard supplies and cleaning supplies. They also sell small, large and extra large yard and farm equipment. Today's visit was to pickup a 50 pound bag of bird seed because birds and squirrels are oblivious to the meaning of COVID-19 Quarantine. All they know is they need to eat, eat, eat. I ordered and paid online, called when I got there, they brought it out and loaded into the back of my car. Really simple process. Looking forward to the day when I can wander the store and buy things I never knew I wanted.
