Went inside and the manager said he didn't see my order but my wife confirmed when she spoke with customer service who said they're issuing a refund. Won't return since they gave my groceries away which I'm guessing is an inside job from a temp or employee stealing groceries.

I used the restroom which was clean and fresh, but, as an industrial inspector once told me, you can tell a lot about how a company treats its employees by the restrooms. So i wanted to share some successes that I experienced today during my trip to your store…read more I was in the mood for a hoagie style sandwich and recalled the numerous social media ads I had seen for $12 sandwiches, so I went to your store for a hoagie when I normally would not, a win to your social media and marketing people. I grabbed my sandwich and sought out help for a side of hot peppers for my sandwich and couldn't find them. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michelle who was in the area (she was near the sushi/pizza area). I explained to Michelle what I was looking for and she stopped what she was doing and enthusiastically helped me with getting some peppers for my sandwich. She was kind, engaging and genuine - so congratulations on your employee screening and training, she's a winner. Lastly, I was a little annoyed about the side lot being tented and closed. When I brought it up to MIchelle she proudly said that it was closed for an employee event and went on to explain how valued your culture has made her and other employees feel. They feel appreciated and that is a win for you as the management team. There are 5 super markets in the area none of which I had an allegiance to until today, thanks to all of your efforts and Michelle.

What an amazing deal! I'd pay like double or more the price at other super markets. I went to the one in Bensalem where there isn't a sugar tax on everything- like in Philly on all the sugar products. I got eggs at their everyday price of .89 cents and got strawberries for 1.99. I love their prices. The down fall to this store is the fact that they don't have a deli section like other supermarkets and they have a smaller variety of cereals and even meats. When I'm looking for a quick and easy, in and out shopping experience, I go to Aldi. Usually the customer service is friendly and fast. The cashier I had today noticed my bananas were soft and she told me so I put them back. Other store and cashiers would've just had me walk out with soft bananas! I was so happy with my purchases today because I got a lot of fruits, veggies and some meat for only a little over $60. I know if I went elsewhere/ it would've Been way more $.
