First time trying cookies here at crumbl in Bensalem and this definitely satisfied my cookie cravings. Not sure how it goes if they change the flavors each month but the flavors that we got were all delicious. Place is very tiny, there's no seating or anything like that, and right when you walk in, you can self order at the screen on the side. And literally within minutes, your order is ready to go. Cookies were amazing, my favorite was the cinnamon roll, cookies n cream and cannoli. I recommend getting cookies from this spot! I'll be back for sure! read more

I recently stopped in to this new location after a trip to Homey D. I love the fact that their location is right next to a gym! The inside was clean and didn't feel like a bakery upon first entering. Came off more like an Apple store? The staff was young and pleasant, I was amazed at how many employees they had working. They have a display of the cookies and you can see all of the baking equipment behind the checkout area. I chose to get the four cookie deal and went with their warm M&M, warm chocolate chip, a cold PB and lastly a cold chocolate cookie that had marshmallow and crushed heath bars on top. These cookies are super rich and soft, even after leaving them out a day or two they were still soft. The M&M's were melt in your mouth at their warm temp and the cookie was buttery. The chocolate chip was a typical warm tasty chocolate chip cookie, buttery with semi sweet chocolate. The cold PB was rich and had a nice PB flavor, buttery and the chocolate on top was super thick and a bit fudgy. The richest of them all was the cold chocolate cookie with marshmallow and Heath bar. It had a bitter cocoa flavor to offset the sweetness of the marshmallow. You need some water or a glass of milk after these cookies. I thought the price point for these cookies was a bit steep, but they are large and sharable. To eat an entire one is a meal. They sell cookie cutters if you want to split them up into fours. Their main website shows they offer ice cream, but I'm not sure this location offers it. (may help to bring in more business) I don't eat exotic cookies often, but I wish them luck and if I have some friends/family over that have a sweet tooth, these are a nice treat to split and share. read more

My sister and I were finally able to give Crumbl Cookies a try on a cold Saturday afternoon. The business had been popping up on my social media feed with delicious looking cookies that I absolutely had to give a try. It also helps that my daughter has an absolute love for cookies and I'm often witness to her tenacious and animated request for cookies. Anyway, the location is relatively new and in the middle of a busy shopping center. As we got closer we realized the line was extended throughout the store and some patrons spilled outside in the cold. As a result we decided to download the app and order online instead of waiting in the cold. I saw that the menu changed weekly and not all the cookies that I originally saw posted were available this week. I did experience a bit of sticker shock when I had a total of almost $22 before tax and tip for only 6 cookies. But since these cookies were in high demand and people were standing in the cold for the cookies, I submitted my order. It took about 35 minutes for our order to come out. There was a very energetic staff member who brought my cookies out apologizing for the wait. But I was absolutely surprised when I opened the box and saw such Huge cookies! Then I understood why these cookies were in high demand. When I got the chance, I tried the banana cream pie cookie. The presentation was superb, the banana flavor and chunks stood out but I did expect more cookie flavor or more flavor in general, but my expectations were much higher than what I consumed. Hopefully the other cookies that I'll try will be more tastefully fulfilling. All in all this place gets 4 stars for presentation and customer service but the cookie taste and flavor could be slightly improved. read more

I appreciate a really good cookie! My wife and I went over to check out the newest location, in Bensalem. The bakery is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful and professional! COVID-19 protocols are in place here. The ordering/waiting area is small, but there is a good flow, from ordering/waiting/pickup. You can order from the register or use the touchscreens to the right, as you walk in. There is also a catering menu for special functions. Orders can also be shipped. You can order online and pickup curbside. Several options as you can read. Ice cream is on the menu too! It's already scooped into 1/2 pint containers. The cookie selection changes weekly, not sure about the ice cream selection. I was craving chocolate chip, but sadly, the customer in front of me got the last order of them. Panicking was mot an option. I ordered 6. 3 Peanut Butter and 3 Chocolate, featuring Oreo. The cookies are made fresh and served fresh. These are gourmet cookies, so expect to pay a little more, for them. I fired on one of the Chocolate featuring Oreo cookies! Wow! The icing is butter creme, the cookie was soft and tasty! I'm surprised I didn't find Crumbl Cookies through social media like everyone else since I'm the perfect target for a good cookie. I actually found out about them through DoorDash. I was craving something sweet this morning, but didn't feel like the typical breakfast donut. So I scrolled through DoorDash and found Crumbl cookies! I know I'm going to be judged for eating cookies for breakfast, but at least I'm eating my sugar in the morning versus the evening. :) Anyway, I was very happy with my cookie purchase. They are extremely big and from what I Googled, about 650 calories a cookie (eek!). I ate a bite from each one and absolutely loved the taste. It was chewy, soft, hearty, and tasty. Wish they had bite sized cookies though, because these will be challenging to finish. If you aren't into too much sweetness, you won't enjoy the vanilla buttercream. It is pretty intense in sugar, but I absolutely love it! Can't wait to visit the physical location and try some new flavors! In my opinion, slightly sweeter for me but they do taste good. They serve them warm and soft. The chocolate just melt and the cookie so soft that you're going to try hard to pick a piece up and put that into your mouth! The cookies isn't the super thin kind, so there is some texture to it. I love it here! I heard about it through my sister and I love cookies so I was excited to give it a try. What I love about Crumble is that it's an experience! From the new choices of cookies every week to the presentation of the cookies in the box and to the great taste, it is all an experience. I love chocolate chip cookies and I love Oreo cookies so on my first visit I got their chocolate chip cookie and their version of the Oreo cookie. Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite but the one I got from crumbl was definitely not the best I've had. The Oreo cookie was excellent! My sister really enjoyed her cookies and after our first visit her birthday was soon after. I thought it would be a great idea to surprise her with a box of cookies. Ordering them was so easy. I was even able to personalize them! I was able to add a ribbon and a birthday sticker to the box. I saw there were so many options for personalization. There were graduation stickers, congratulatory stickers, thank you stickers and so much more! Crumbl cookies can be eaten solely as a dessert and fill you up. They all greet you upon entering and ordering is seamless. The cookies are very soft on the inside so if that's not your thing I would let them sit out for a few hours. They switch their flavors up weekly but always have the classic chocolate chip. We opted for hot chocolate, buttermilk pancake, chocolate chip and the other one I honestly forget. The buttermilk pancake was fire especially with the butter on top, hot chocolate was pretty good and the other two were alright. The cookies are the size of an average head and legitimately who can eat that size of a cookie let alone more than one. I, however, let the greedy side of me come out and I purchased 4 delicious sounding cookie flavors. Here's what I didn't know, the flavors change weekly and the small ones you sometimes see at the counter are for catering only so you order and you get ginormous cookies once! I went back with the idea that I would get one of the one I really liked and it was no longer there. Sad face. I am a Crumbl addict. I'm here 2-4 times a week. The rotating menu is genius. This seems to be a polarizing experience. Some people expect way more from a $5 cookie than any cookie can deliver, but I think the whole deal is worth it. Even when I don't find a particular flavor all that appealing. As someone who loves crispy cookies over softer cookies, it's surprising I love crumbl so much. But, they manage to create something with a crisp outer ring as the gateway to the warm soft goodness inside. My tips are eat the cookie within 5 minutes if it's a warm cookie. If you're not biting into it as soon as you get in you car, you're kind of doing it wrong. The magic evaporates with every second after you leave. I'm not a fan of the chilled cookies. The chocolate chip is consistently great. It should be your first taste. My all time favorite is the Golden Pancake cookie. I've learned I'm not a fan of any of their brownie based cookies, but have loved anything cinnamon or peanut butter cookie. The chocolate chip is a sure thing. read more

I've been eagerly awaiting this location to open, because I have a friend from law school who has been posting Crumbl reviews for years, and I have been covering them. It was everything I anticipated! As soon as I walked in I was greeted enthusiastically by the staff. I chose the fruit pizza and chocolate marshmallow cupcake cookies. These were boxed individually. I think it's really cute that you have the option to get stickers and greetings for the boxes if they're for a special reason. Be prepared to spend a lot - they're over $4 each, but totally worth it! Even half a cookie is super filling. The 6-pack is probably the best value, if you have enough people to share with. Definitely take their serving suggestions under advisement. I started to eat the fruit pizza after I drove home with it and let it sit out for a little bit, but it wasn't ideal. After letting it chill in the fridge again, it was perfection. Third trip was last. Walked in after I had texted that I arrived. Anxious boy at the counter couldn't even look me in the eye. No one asked my name. I stood to the side, behind one other couple and patiently waited. Meanwhile, my cookies sat on the counter for 10 min. Finally, after another couple came and went, nervous boy says "Uh, what's your name?" I tell him. He says, "These are your cookies." I replied "How was I to know that? Isn't that your job?" He mutters "I guess. Well, I guess we could have them remade." I'm so pissed that this dipstick is blaming me for them leaving me standing there that I said not to bother and left. To be honest, some of the cookies aren't that great. Out of the three trips, I've had at least one cookie in each batch that's underbaked/raw. Most are horrifyingly over-iced. But unfortunately not here I got there for my pick up and there was a big crowd outside also waiting for pick up orders. After 40 minutes which is ridiculous someone asked my name. Well they had lost my order. Then some guy comes back in the store and said I got the wrong the cookies, they just gave me his box which I think is gross! How do they know he hadn't touched them! Also any time I've had to wait a while or they messed up my order they've always thrown in a free cookie but nope not here. I'll never go back to this location and wouldn't recommend. read more
