A lot of people don't know, but there's a parking lot around the side also. When you first come into H Mart immediately to your left is a bun place; they have some great choices and are 3 for $10. There's a bakery and a little grab and go place where there are some great dishes and they're very reasonable. There's also a store that sells bidet seats and water purifiers and recliners in there as well. H-Mart has a diverse team. Some employees speak limited English, but they're very helpful. If they can't understand your question, they'll quickly get someone else to assist. Usually, showing them a photo of the item works perfectly, and they can guide you directly to it. They have a great Seafood section in the back of the store. They sell all kinds of fish and have live crab and lobster. I feel like the prices are great on most things. They also have a big kimchi section which I really love and there's always plenty of new things to try here. H Mart has a variety of items and Kitchen accessories. The cost of spices, both fresh and dried, can sometimes be overwhelming when purchasing them from the local chain supermarkets. That's where Apna Bazar comes in very handy. Where say a small 3 oz. jar of Poppy or Fennel Seeds at a regular market may cost around $3.00, for maybe $3.99 you can get a 14 0z bag. In addition, the date the item was packed is on the bag. The list of what is available is humongous. With proper storage, meaning putting them in plastic or glass containers, the dried herbs can last a year or more. (Please don't quote me on the above price or storage length, but that's been my experience.) The cost for fresh items too is well below what you would normally pay. For example, fresh Parsley in a supermarket can cost $2 or more for a few measly strands, where a giant handful here is about the same price. If you enjoy Indian food, this is also the place for you. There are more items here that I don't know what they are vs what I do recognize! Wide aisles as well as spaced checkout lines easily accommodate social distancing. Give it a shot - I think you'll be surprised.

I believe they're family-owned, and it shows in their service, in that they care for their customers. Bakery section is unmatched by local competitors too with a variety of gluten-free/vegan selections. Depending on what you're looking for, some things can be pricey, however that may also be more typical of the area. Given the specialty items available and the ambiance provided, I can see the value behind the prices-especially given you can't find some of those items elsewhere. I have found in the fridged and frozen foods section you can normally find a few good deals along with some new finds! The fruit and vegetables are a hit or miss, but they have great dried fruit. Their sister store in Doylestown does the fresh fruit great each time I've been however. (Note: I've been to this store less than I have that in Doylestown).
